Second time using this service for BCN to hotel; recommended! - We've used this service twice now in the same week. I arrived in BCN a few days ahead of my wife, and used the service to get to our hotel. My wife arrived a few days after me, and used the same service. Both times it was the same type of car -- Mercedes E Class. Different driver. Both very professional, with great English. Both were waiting for us at the arrivals hall (after you get your checked bags, you leave the baggage area and enter the arrivals hall), and the driver took our bags and we walked with them to our car. I would highly recommend this service to others.

Solid transfer; would use (and have already booked again to use) again - Solid transfer from airport to hotel. The driver was waiting where he said he was going to be, offered to help with my bags, and spoke perfect English -- even though he had never lived in an English-speaking country! In short, this is everything you'd expect from an airport transfer service. I'd use this service again. Indeed, my wife flies into Barcelona in a few days, and we have booked the exact car service for her transfer to the hotel. If there is only one minor nit I would make -- and I am embarrassed at even saying this "out loud," is that I have to admit that after having been driven exclusively in S-Classes since first coming to Spain, it was a bit of a let down to "only" be in an E-Class, but I knew that coming in (I asked ahead of time), and that is a "1%-er complaint" for sure. The E-Class provided was spotless, and I really cannot complain, and, again, am embarrassed that to even bring this up.

excellent service, super clean car - We booked a car with J&G Elegance Cars for our airport transfer in Dec2024. Our flight was slightly more than half hour early and we only needed to wait 5min for him. Waiting point was super easy to find (it was right in front of us!). We paid E102 for 3 adults. Mercedes was comfortable with sufficient space for all our bags. Driver was polite, good driving skills (apologies I forgot his name).

Car Service BCN to City Center Hotel - Excellent service. Immigration at BCN Prat was backed up causing me to be held up 1 hour 40 minutes before I could even get my bags. Boris my driver texted me twice to calm me down that he was waiting so not to worry. The Mercedes was show room spotless clean. Boris is a good safe driver and provide great suggestions for “ local” places to eat authentic Cataline. I will certainly reserve JG on future trips to Barcelona and have them as a favorite on my TripAdvisor. I highly recommend them. —Mark T.

Excellent for a large group. - Booked buses for transfer from the airport to hotel and hotel to cruise port for 100 people. Service was top notch. I highly recommend. Worked with Reme who was responsive and greeted us at the airport. The drivers for both legs were excellent. They helped with luggage and were courteous and professional.
