Canyoning is an adventurous activity that involves descending a canyon through sliding and abseiling. The best part? No prior experience is necessary, as a professional mountain guide will accompany you throughout the journey. Additionally, you don’t need to be exceptionally strong, as the harness supports your weight, not just your hands.

Best canyoning ever - Pablo was extremely cool. After the taxi driver dropped us in the middle of nowhere, he came and picked us up. 20mins drive for him! The experience was one of the best we ever had on any holiday and we like to try new things. Really beautiful area he took us through , explained everything, took a lot of of pictures of us and waited patiently for us while we struggled to hike up back at the end. We had lots laugh and good chats, Pablo making this experience very personalised and exciting. 5 stars is not enough to rate this adventure! We would highly recommend!! :)

You have to try it, pure adrenaline!! - Great experience with the best, canyoning after the rains in La Manta Ravine... adventures with Pablo never disappoint, on the contrary, wanting to repeat soon!! I recommend all Rocknatour activities at 200%, do not wait to be told!!

Recommend to everyone who likes adventures :) - it was a good mixture of everything Beautiful landscape and adventurous perfect small group and a snack break in a nice cave with amazing view on the mountains

A brilliant adventure. - An incredible adventure, experience and few hours spent with Pablo. Friendly, assuring, fun. A perfect balance of making you feel safe but getting a rush of excitement by trying new things. Great to talk to and learn about Gran Caneria and the rain forest we explored. He really encourages you to get the most from the experience and makes sure he gets you plenty of great photographs to remember your adventure. A trip I can’t recommend enough and very grateful we got to experience.

A great experience! - The tour was really great. The guide was so nice to collect us and we were well equipped and instructed. Already we went down a small water path towards nice waterfalls that you could slide down and climb. Once at the bottom, the energy reserves had to be awakened again because the mountain had to be climbed again. During a break with tea and snacks you could enjoy the view until we continued. The hike was more demanding than expected. You get great impressions but some reason fitness is required. Thanks again to our guide for the great day. We felt comfortable throughout.

Fantastic guide and great view! - Really nice trip. We were the only registered, so we had a private tour just us two and the guide who took many beautiful photos along the way. That was really crazy service! Dani was so nice and really good at adapting the trip to our pace. If we did it again, we would probably choose a longer trip with longer time in the canyon and a little less hiking, but definitely with the same guide! It was also great to have tried this tour with a guide before we went on hiking in several of the other cliffs on the island.

Better impossible! - Better impossible!! An exceptional activity with the best guide. Pablo takes great care of all the details of the activity and provides all the necessary equipment. You don't have to worry about anything! It also explains a lot about the activity and provides a lot of information about the island. Highly recommended for people interested in sport or nature adventure activities. It's so fun!!!

Excellent Trip - Excellent canyoning trip. I’ve been on a few around the world and this is up there with the best. Well organised, good equipment. Pablo the guide was brilliant and told us lots of interesting facts about the area as well as providing safe and fun supervision of the activity. You can rent shoes if needed which I’d recommend. I’d suggest this to anyone looking for a fun adventure to give it a go!
