Great Tour. Do it! - Very good tour. He led the English speaking group and was very knowledgeable. We loved it. Cheeses paired great with the wines. Nice tour for a reasonable price. It was past harvest season, so no grapes on the vines. Nonetheless, amazing facility with awesome views.

Fantastic place, well worth a visit - Really enjoyed our visit to Monje. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and the building is amazing. Great wine and paired cheese tasting at the end, with a selection of red and white wines with local cheeses. Everything was explained very well, and the video of their wine and sex events was enlightening!

Most enjoyable 4 hours - The location is so beautiful. We enjoyed the wine and cheese tasting and I definitely enjoy white rather than red. We stayed for lunch and it was beautiful. I had the most delicious glass of fruity white wine. I have already recommended Monje to a friend who will visit next time she travels out to the region. The tour of the cellar was great.

Stunning Views with Vineyard Tour and Wine Tasting - My partner and I enjoyed visiting the vineyard and visiting this historic spot. Our guide provided detailed information about the vineyard's rich history and the growth of wine in the Canary Islands. We highly recommend anyone who loves wine, wine tasting, beautiful scenic views of El Teide and the Atlantic Ocean, as well as a salsa workshop with wine vinegar to visit Bodega Monje. There is so much history in this one area, and if you do not want to take part in any tours or tastings, they have a restaurant with an amazing view of the coast to enjoy some food and wine. We will be back here shortly with our family and friends.

Highly recommended - Excellent experience. Lovely location. Informative and attentive staff. Pleasant wine and cheese tasting on sunny terrace with extensive views over Tenerife and the sea.

Tourist alternative of interest - We perform tasting and visit to the winery. We recommend tasting instead of tasting, to be able to appreciate the different types of winery production.

Overrated and poor quality wines - Poor quality wine, tastings far too expensive. Overrated. The only thing going for it are the views. But views are not hard to find on this island. Search harder for somewhere better - I thought the Casa del vino had much better wines and did a better job at teaching about the island’s wines.

A little disappointing - I have gone to several tastings in the Peninsula and nothing to see, here they put us the wines, they did not show us the wineries etc., adjust the price to make the tasting better, I think a tasting is not drinking different wines

Good but, some improvements should be done - Lovely place, a little difficult to get to! We first had a tour around the winery, which was lovely. When we tasted we got very little information about how many wines we were going to taste and about the wines in general . The wine was okay.

Very big disappointment. - Today, the day of a wet epic of wine lovers (for those who drink it...) Today, the sky decided to offer us a spectacle worthy of a disaster movie: storm, pouring rain, the perfect day to stay under the duvet. But that nenni, and what better adventure than a wine cellar visit, the Bodegas Monge. The idea was tantalizing, take refuge in the dry, discover local wines, and, warm the gullet with some tastings. Actually, a disappointment and it was... memorable. First blow: the visit is paid. 10 euros per person (I do not know of a paid visit in France) , please! We said to each other. An investment in culture and good tasting. Second surprise, and not least: the tour is exclusively in Spanish... and ours, let's say, is as fluid as a Teide lava stone. But the best thing is to save it for last: the tasting is paid at € 15 per person. So nothing. Nada. Que dalle. Nothing. A very big disappointment.
