Buggy Pirates. Gran Canaria - What a fantastic way to spend a couple of hours. Wished it was longer ! The whole crew there are fantastic. Great character's one and all. We got picked up from our hotel too. Which was excellent. The buggies are brill. Really got some get up and go. We did a road section up into the mountains. Then did some fun off roading in the dustiest place on earth. But absolutely fantastic fun. If you don't like getting dusty. This may not be for you. But hey, you'll miss out !! So thank you to all the guys there. We loved it. The only reason l gave you 5 stars, is that I couldn't give you 10 !! Worth every penny. Ian & Sarah from England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧

Fun afternoon - We had a fun afternoon. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The briefing could be reproduced in many languages, so that no questions remained unanswered.

MEGAGEIL!!! - We went by car to the Buggy Pirates and were warmly welcomed by Sebastian. He explains the course of the event fluently in 3 languages. Bandamas (neckerchiefs) can be bought on site, the goggles are provided. The buggies (automatic transmission) are well maintained and drive great. The ride on-road and off-road is just MEGA!!! Stopover in the mountains to enjoy the view and everywhere during the ride "SPEEDY GONZALES" pops up to film and photograph. The crew takes care of everything very conscientiously and with a lot of joy. CONCLUSION: Anytime again!!! Keep it up!!!

Great time - Great time spent, the staff is great! They try to speak a little French even if it is not easy to understand each other. The buggy ride is fine, we get our money's worth. I recommend without hesitation. Thanks again to speedy gonzales😜 tequila marijuana 🙈🤣

Absolutely great! Anytime again - Booking worked wonderfully and were picked up on time at the hotel. The people were very nice and spread a crazy good mood. Very sympathetic, helpful and could give all the instructions, hints etc in different languages. The tour was fun. Was on the one hand very relaxed and you could enjoy the beautiful route and on the other hand adventurous as we squeezed offroad through the sand. Would do it again anytime and can only recommend it to anyone!

Horrible experience with TMT Taxis, Tenerife South Airport - Absolutely dreadful experience of using TMT taxis booked through Holiday Extras for a family holiday departing 18th August 2025 and arriving at Tenerife South airport at approximately 9.15pm. We were a family of 6 - 2 children and four adults. Two of the adults were in their 70's, one remaining adult had difficulty walking owing to a hip replacement and one of the children was disabled and in a wheelchair. The disabled child and one adult were given assistance at Tenerife South airport but the remaining people in the family had to queue to go through passport control which took the best part of an hour and a half. By the time we had managed to clear passport control and collect our luggage, the taxi refused to wait and left us at 11pm with no means of getting to our hotel. I absolutely implore anyone and everyone not to use this dreadful company who had no interest in helping us, were incredibly rude, were happy to take our money for a service they did not provide, and clearly did not care that our party consisted of people who were disabled, elderly and had difficulty walking. We cancelled our return trip with them and used another company who couldn't have been more helpful. Holiday Extras were of little use, saying that the terms of the contract had been broken because it took too long to get through passport control. As if we could do anything about that. My daughter was constantly on the phone to TMT explaining that we were held up at passport control but they were not at all interested and kept saying to her "you have 8 minutes to get to the taxi", "you have 6 minutes to get to the taxi", "you have 2 minutes left", then curtailing the call. It was a horrible experience and one which we shall never repeat with either TMT or Holiday Extras, who should not be using an appalling company like TMT.
