Puffing Billy experience with full day is a must - puffing Billy train - sanctuary and chocolaterie was another amazing day so fun seeing different things along with fields of wild kangaroos as a plus 😎
Driver was great and knowledgeable about the area which made it interesting and organised / on time . The group was not too big which made it even more special .

Ride ride ride along, dont dally and tally - Wonderful to see historical trains being kept in use and maintained. Very nice ride and to see a more ancient forest. Treefern- jurrasic park trees.
I wished we had more time at Healsville santuary. So many animals to see. It was very spectacular bird show when we arrrived.

Wonderful train ride and excursion. - Had a great time on the train. Would have been nice to have more time at stop for eating. The people selling food and serving could not handle the volume of passengers in the amount of time given. We didn’t even have time to buy a bottle of water. Line was too long.

A great daytrip from Melbourne - So glad I booked this trip! Puffing Billy was lovely, you can tell that the locals really pride themselves on keeping this train and traditions going so that made it feel quite special. Healesville Sanctuary was also great - you can tell they really care about and respect the animals in their care. If I had a choice, I would skip the Chocolaterie in lieu of more time at the other main stops or replace it with a stop in Healesville downtown to walk around the shops

Great tour and amazing guide. Puffing billy ride was the highlight of the tour. - Trip was great and the guide Gavin was fantastic! The mini bus was not very comfortable and windows should have been washed clean to enjoy the views on the bright sunny day. Otherwise all good.

Fun Day But Lots of Time Riding in Van - Overall, the day was very enjoyable. Gavin, our driver & guide, was entertaining and drove safely…plus we liked his taste in music. Liking the music was good because a huge chunk of the day was spent in the van. That would be my only improvement - let people know how long is spent in transit. The stop at the chocolate shop was delicious & good amount of time. We would have skipped the stop at the lake. Not much to see. Riding Puffing Billy train was fun.

Fun train trip in... - Fun train trip in historic steam train where you can sit on the windowsill and wave to everyone! Healesville was a great chance to see Aussie wildlife up close. The koalas in particular were fantastic.

We enjoyed the day but it... - We enjoyed the day but it was more expensive than the full day all inclusive Yarra Valley winery tour and we preferred that excursion. This one felt expensive for what it was. Having said that, we’re still glad we did it. Matty was a great guide. Would have preferred not to have visited the chocolate shop on the way back. It was too hot for anyone to buy chocolate so we didn’t need 45 minutes in a shop. We had just the right amount of time at the other sites.

the overall trip was... - the overall trip was good. but i feel the quality of bus could have been better. It was not tidy and there were food scraps and bottles lying in the ground.
