Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation. Upon arrival, an SMS with tracking and driver details will be sent to you.

For pickups, your flight number is required. Please schedule the taxi for the planned landing time. We will track all flights for any delays or early arrivals and adjust the driver’s timing accordingly to be inside 20 minutes after landing. If you prefer to be met 90 or 120 minutes after landing, please inform us.

The driver will enter the airport 20 minutes after the plane lands, unless instructed otherwise, and will hold a nameboard with your name at the designated meeting point.

Once in the car, you will need to pay the Luton Car Park charge, which starts at £11.00 for up to 30 minutes and £17.50 for up to 60 minutes. Payment can be made via card at the airport machine.

Depending on your location, the driver will take the fastest route to the city, typically via the M1 or A5, using Google Maps or Waze for live traffic updates.
