Great tour despite stormy weather - Our tour guide Brian gave us a lot of interesting information and our small cheerful group braved the stormy weather.

Great tour! Guide was amazing and lots of great info about Titanic and Southampton - This tour was very informative and the guide was great! I would highly recommend this as it has a lot of information about the Titanic but also many other aspects of Southhampton.

Great tour! - Bryan was a great tour guide and we throughly enjoyed the tour! We also enjoyed stopping at the two Titanic related pubs afterwards, which offered a slight discount for going on this tour.

Southampton and the Titanic - Fun and informative walking tour through Southampton. Focus was on local history and primarily the impact of the Titanic on the community both before and after the tragedy. Bryan was very knowledge and presented well. Thanks!

An informative and entertaining walk through Titanic’s and Southampton’s history. - A fascinating walk of around 2 hours that as well as telling you the story of the Titanic and its links to Southampton, also gives you a few interesting facts about Southampton itself. Bryan, the guide was great, hugely knowledgeable but imparts the information in a really easy way and is happy to answer any questions. He was a really great guide, and made the history come alive. I had thought about just doing my own walk around to see Titanic based places, but am sooo glad I didn’t as this tour covers things I had never found when researching a walk on my own. The end of the tour is on a street with two pubs that have links to the Titanic, and if you show your tour ticket in the pub as you order you get a percentage off. I felt it only fitting to raise a glass to the Titanic, her passengers and crew, and Southampton itself at each pub once the tour had finished. Do the walk. You will not regret it.

Good tour with a caveat for solo travelers - Tour itself was excellent. However, it appears that if no one is signed up for the tour and you are the first to sign up for a particular slot and are by yourself, you have to book for 2 people or it won't let you book. Was not happy with having to pay double.

Well paced. - My father (aged 97) and I enjoyed this tour, which was approximately two thirds about the Titanic and one third about other history. The information provided was interesting and thought provoking, with an appropriate level of detail. The guide had a good rapport with the group, and, given the Germans in the group, I thought he dealt with the WW2 history tactfully. The tour was about 90 minutes long (but did not seem too long). It would have helped to have this information in advance (for car parking reasons etc). The site at which the Titanic was moored is not accessible to the public. Nevertheless, I had hoped to have a bit more exposure to views of the sea.

A Good Tour of Titanic's Connection to Southampton - This was a nice little tour of the Titanic's connection to Southampton. The tour itself wasn't just about the Titanic (includes tidbits about the Pilgrims and Mayflower) and doesn't include a visit to SeaCity's display of Titanic. Bryan is definitely well-versed on how the Titanic's story intertwines with that of Southampton. He took us to various locations in town and explained the significance of those locations to the bigger Titanic event. He brought up details we've not heard before, such as how a completely new staff of firemen were hired in Southampton because all the Irish firemen quit. Overall, a good value.

It was OK - It was a good tour that was worth the great price. Geoff has a LOT of knowledge to share. However he wanders off track which a person who was just hoping for titanic stories would not appreciate. Also very soft spoken which made it tough to hear over the traffic noise.
