Enjoyed the sightseeing in Antigua - You gonna see the main sights of historical and touristic interest and also learn some history and information regarding local life. All took great care of me and lots of photos ! You should try this tour if you want to see many things in one day!

My tour guy was the best... - My tour guy was the best Al he knew all the great spots and took perfect pictures. Antigua is a beautiful island definitely will be back.

Sightseeing - The driver was friendly and informative. He waited patiently when my family and I stopped to buy things at the gift shop and food. Every questioned asked, an answer was given. Would recommend this activity to everyone.

Would not recommend - We originally booked our tour for 9:00 a.m., but the night before we received a text asking if we could move it to 1:00 p.m. We accommodated the tour company and agreed to move our time. About 30 minutes before the tour was to start we received a message from someone named Antonio saying he was on his way, however, someone else arrived instead. While the driver was very pleasant and friendly, he explained that he was filling in for a friend due to a shortage of drivers. This became evident throughout the tour, as he lacked knowledge about the locations and itinerary. When we arrived at Shirley Heights, we were told we had to pay a $15 entrance fee per person. According to the tour advertisement, all fees were supposed to be included. I questioned this, but we were required to pay anyway. An experienced tour guide should have known that this fee was already covered. He pointed out “the most famous tree on the island” we asked why is it famous to which he responded “good question” and to his credit he pulled off and asked the lawn service but again, showed his inexperience and uncertainty as he did with the rest of the tour in general. I contacted the tour operator afterward and requested a 50% refund on the $280 tour due to the time change, inexperienced guide, and confusion over entry fees. I felt this was more than fair to recoup some of the money. This request was denied. While they did reimburse the $30 entry fee, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. We travel all over and use Viator for our bookings however this was by far the “jankiest” tour we’ve ever had. $280 was way too much for this experience. We could have achieved the same result by simply hiring a taxi to take us to the three locations. I would not recommend.

Nice effort, not worth the price - While the tour guide and communication were both great, this tour is nothing what I expected...for the price. We were in a taxi van, made stops at random side of the road places for sugar cane to chew, tasteless roasted corn. The roads across the 2 hour route are extremely bumpy and the sights along the ways just weren't the time or price of this tour.

NEVER showed up! - First of all scamming people is literally insane!!! I had a 1pm booking today for this excursion with pickup included from my resort, I got to the lobby from 12:50 and was waiting. The front desk lady asked me at 1:05 where am I heading so told her the name of the excursion and showed it to her, the number on my booking confirmation was short a number, I texted the driver via Viator 3 times and no response. I called Viator and informed them of this, they were able to find the number they tried calling them NO ANSWER! It’s now 1:40 at this point, I provided the number that the Viator agent gave me to the front desk lady she called 3 times NO ANSWER!!!! I’ve never had this happen to me using Viator and I’m extremely disappointed and DO NOT RECOMMEND this excursion because they’ll literally leave you hanging with no communication whatsoever!!!!!!
