Lulu Safari Takes So Much Pride in Their Customer’s Experience - I just completed the 5 day gorilla and chimpanzee safari with Lulu and cannot speak highly enough of the itinerary and this tour company Booking Process - Working with Elvis was very easy, he was accommodating of all of our schedule changes and ensured our accommodations aligned with my dietary restrictions Tour Guide - We were fortunate to have Frank as our guide. Frank was amazing and provided such a high level of service throughout the trip. - Frank was proactive in making sure we were always comfortable, enjoying the itinerary and offering his support in anything we needed (e.g., sundowner dinners or extra game drives) - Frank also ensured we had the best possible experience in Uganda. He wanted to show us as much of his country as possible and ensure we saw it in the best light. Even when we had to go to the bathroom while he was filling up with gas, we’d start walking into the gas station and he wouldn’t let us go in, instead walking us to a nice hotel or restaurant and persuading them to let us use those bathrooms instead as they were cleaner Accommodation - Accommodations were phenomenal. They did differ slightly from the itinerary we reviewed but in both instances we appeared to be upgraded. Our lodging in Queen was changed to a 5* instead of 4* and our lodging in Bwindi was a different 4* that had better views than where we were anticipating The extra little things -A final call-out around the amount of care this company has for its customers. Elvis runs a very tight ship, every 2 hours he was calling Frank, our guide to ensure we were enjoying our experience, and every day he was calling me to make sure we had everything we needed - Elvis also told us the day before our gorilla trek that he was able to call Bwindi and have us moved to the group with the biggest gorilla family (we didn’t even ask for this). Highly recommend lulu on any Uganda trip. They are very well connected with the country and take a lot of pride in their guests experience.

Wonderful experience - Among all the agencies I reached out to, Elvis from Lulu Safari was the most responsive and communicative. I’m glad I chose them for my Uganda trip. My guide, Sam, was patient, kind, and attentive. I had an amazing time over the past five days, and this experience makes me want to return to Uganda in the near future.

Unforgettable, trip of a lifetime - Big thanks to Audence (Odin) aka "The King of Asgard" for making our first trip to Rwanda and Uganda as memorable as it could be. Odin was a friendly, helpful and well informed guide/tracker who made our safari trips so much more entertaining and is one of the best as we was able to see a leopard thanks to him spotting it in the dark! He was also nice enough to teach us how to spot the difference between a rock and Rhino lol. He even helped us with any extra travel or activities even after we parted ways which was really appreciated. Would definitely recommend him as guide for anyone planning a trip in Rwanda and Uganda

Uganda Gorilla tour with Smith - On any guided tour, the guide will be the determining factor between a good trip and a excellent one. On this 4 day Gorilla tour, our guide was Smith. He is energized, enthusiastic, and clearly loves his job. I would recommend him for anyone coming to Uganda to experience the Gorillas. As experienced travellers, we never expect things to be perfect and will likely forget all the things that exceeded our expectations and will laugh about all the things that weren't quite what we expected. Come to Uganda with an open mind and enjoy it for what it is. I believe that we got good value from Lulu and would recommend them to future travellers.

An unique memory! - A great trip together as family through the beautiful nature of Rwanda and Uganda. With many highlights, the gorilla family visit was one of them! The trip could not be as complete as it was if Smith was not our guide. An unique memory!!!

Lulu perfect gorilla and wildsafari trip with Smith! - We loved every thing about the tour. The lodges were super nice and we had the best experience with the gorilla’s and the Safari, we even saw the leopard and the lions and much more. Our guide Smith was the best, i would recommend him to anyone. He knows everything about the cultur and the animals, he is always happy and does everything with a big smile. Gorilla Trekking Adventure - Smith was our guide for two days, picking us up from the hotel in Rwanda, taking us to our hotel in Uganda and driving us to our Gorilla Trekking adventure the next morning, and then safely returning us to our hotel in Rwanda. Smith was an excellent guide, sharing with us all is knowledge of Rwanda and Uganda with lots of passion and enthusiasm. Smith provided us with fond memories of our trip and we are very thankful for the time he took to make us feel at home in Africa.

Great 6 day safari with gorilla trekking - We had a great experience with our 6-day safari (Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi and Wildlife safari in Queen Elisabeth park). After doing some research, we found Lulu Safari to be a good option both in terms of safari and pricing. Experiencing the wildlife in Queen Elisabeth as well as the gorillas in Bwindi was a truly amazing experience. Our guide Osman was very knowledgeable and happy to share what he knew about the wildlife. The itinerary was accurately describing our safari experience. Safari was amazing; Lodges and staff were great, the dining experiencing was all right but nothing special.
