Chimpanzee Trekking in Kibale National Park
Kibale National Park - At sunrise, a briefing at Kibale headquarters will precede the forest walk in search of chimpanzees. Experienced guides will lead the walk, providing insights into chimpanzees and other primates, including Columbus monkeys, red-tailed monkeys, and grey-cheeked mangabeys. After the morning chimpanzee tracking, enjoy an evening walk to the Bigodi swamp to observe the local flora and fauna.

Queen Elizabeth National Park - After breakfast, travel to Nyakasula Falls in Fort Portal for a stunning view of the waterfalls, then continue south to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - After breakfast, journey through Uganda’s breathtaking landscapes to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. The rainforests and highlands enrich the volcanoes, and the Bat Cave near Maramagambo Forest and Kyambura Gorge are must-sees during the game drive at Ishasha en route to Bwindi Forest, where you may spot climbing lions. Continue to Bwindi through scenic tea plantations.
Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - After an early breakfast, prepare for Bwindi Gorilla trekking at 7:30 am with a briefing from guides and an official from the Uganda Wildlife Authority. Bring a raincoat/jacket, a snack, jungle boots, and water. Special guides will lead you into the jungle to observe a group of gorillas. Carry your lunch boxes and gear for tracking the mountain gorillas. This captivating wildlife experience may take 3-6 hours or more.
Bwindi Impenetrable Forest to Kampala
Kampala - After sunrise, drive back to Kampala and then Entebbe, with a lunch stop en route. Visit the Igongo Cultural Center to explore the Ankole Culture, then proceed to the Equator before your evening departure from Entebbe International Airport.
NOTE: A flying option from Bwindi to Kampala is available for those preferring not to endure a 9-hour drive. The flight takes only 2.5 hours to reach Entebbe Airport. Additional charges may apply.
