Meet the safari guide and depart from Entebbe or Kampala in the morning. Prepare for a full day of travel by car. A stop at the equator offers the unique experience of standing with one foot in each hemisphere. Continue to Mbarara for lunch before proceeding to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for gorilla and chimpanzee tracking. Overnight accommodation is at Mist Gorilla Camp.

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - Gorilla Trekking and Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
Enjoy breakfast and collect your packed lunch. The guide will escort you to the gorilla briefing conducted by rangers, outlining the trekking adventure. Following the briefing, embark on the trek through the jungle to the gorillas’ feeding area, where you will spend an hour with them. After returning from the trek, the guide will take you to the breathtaking Lake Bunyonyi. Overnight stay is at Eco Resort Bunyonyi.

Return to Kampala or Entebbe

Entebbe - Journey Back to Kampala or Entebbe
After breakfast, begin the return trip to Kampala. Stop for lunch in Mbarara or Masaka, depending on the time. This marks the conclusion of the 3-Day Gorilla Trekking adventure, and the guide will drop you off at Kampala or Entebbe airport.
