11/10 Best trip - We had the absolute best time. Michelle was so helpful with organizing and booking our tour. Our tour guide, Apollo, made our trip so super special and he was the best part of our trip. He helped us find gear that we had forgotten, made sure we were happy in our lodge, he helped us book extra activities and he was very knowledgeable about Uganda. He was entertaining and supportive. We had a change in plans last minute and the company and Apollo were very accommodating and they helped out a lot. This was the perfect trip and I would 10/10 recommend.

The Hospitality and Guidance of Eco Adventures Safaris LTD was an A+ - Ronnie King and Patrick Kataama were our tour guides. Both went out of their way to be wonderful hosts. Accommodations were clean, laundry service was available at a few places. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were provided daily. There was always guidance and answers to any questions we had. We always felt safe and their recommendations were spot on. Seeing the Golden Monkeys, Chimpanzees and Gorillas in their natural habitat was experience like no other! I look forward to the next time I’m on another adventure in Uganda to use Eco Adventure Safaris! Christine Klespies and Chloe Davis

Worthwhile solo adventure - My guide from Eco-Adventures was Baker. He was such a considerate and knowledgeable guide and driver. He encouraged me and provided support throughout the trip, always looking out for my safety and well being. He is well-read and made the ride interesting with discussions of many topics. Thank you for the adventure of a lifetime.

Amazing Gorilla Trekking Experience! - 3 days 2 night Gorillas trekking experience in Bwindi Imprenitable Forest - superb experience from the first point of contact with Patrick at Eco Adventure Safaris to start planning the trip - all questions and requests were answered fully and accommodated putting our group at great ease for our trip. Starting the safari in Kigali, Rwanda we were picked up by our driver / guide Abdul who was extremely helpful, funny and hospitable throughout our time with him. We opted to stay at the Bweza Lodge which again was an extremely comfortable stay with excellent friendly staff. I would highly recommend Eco Safari Adventures and will for sure be booking with them on my next visit to Uganda. Thank you Abdul and Patrick for making our trip so memorable!

Book It! We had a fabulous time. - We spent 8 days with Eco Adventures Safaris. The 3 day Gorilla Trekking and Batwa experience was excellent. Patrick took care of booking all the accomodations (which were fabulous - Rushtanga Gorilla Lodge, Lake Mulehe and Turaco Treetop Lodge), he obtained our gorilla permits for Bwindi (gorillas) and Mghangah (gorillas and golden monkeys) and Kibale (chimps), and Abdul was our guide/transfer driver/go to guy for the entire 8 days. We also did two very interesting community tours by Bwindi (Batwas) and by Kibale NP. Patrick was extremely responsive whenever I had a question prior and during the trip by whats app. I wired him both the deposit and final payment with no issue. I'd highly recommend using EcoAdventures. They did a great job from beginning to end. We really enjoyed our time with Abdul (our guide for the 8 days). He provided lots of insight in to life in Uganda and answered all of our questions, etc.

Action packed Trip in Uganda - We did a tailored 6 day trip in Uganda where we did Gorilla Trekking, Chimpanzee trekking, game drives in Queen Elizabeth park and much more. It was an experience to remember! Charles, our guide was with us the entire time to answer questions and pick out animals. I swear he has special vision, he could see things from half a mile away! We spotted leopards, lions, hyenas, crocs, hippos and more in short game drives. The gorilla trek is intense but totally worth it. Time of our lives.

Awesome Gorilla Trek - We want to thank you for arranging everything. It was an adventure of a lifetime. We were extremely lucky as my wife and I were the only guests on the Gorilla trek. We had an exclusive trek and it made our encounter with the gorilla family even more special. Also thank you for including the complimentary massages at the lodge. They were very nice after a very gruelling (but exciting) trek through the jungle. It was quiet at the Nkuringo lodge and we were treated like royalty there. We got upgraded to the huge luxury villa with amazing views and fantastic amenities. Also, a very special mention for Charles. We were a little anxious about a 10 hour drive each way. However the road trip was very good. We have travelled a lot and had drivers in many different countries. But we have to say that Charles was the safest driver we have ever had. He was a patient, courteous and extremely careful driver. He was also lovely to spend time with sharing his knowledge of Uganda with us. Thank you.

Trip of a lifetime with some shortcomings - Eco Adventure Safaris was great about booking gorilla, chimp & golden monkey trekking with short (1 month) notice. I do feel for the price we should have been provided more info for each day. Our tour involved pick up in Kigali driving all day to Kibale. Our driver Charles was capable and courteous but drove very fast and it felt like an imposition to ask him to stop for us to take photos. There also seemed to be lack of communication either from HQ or within the field. Our third night after spending several hours getting to the hotel (including a wrong turn that took us an hour out of way) we checked in, unpacked in preparation for the early morning only to be told by Charles as we were going to dinner that we had come to the wrong hotel and had to leave immediately. We rushed to get packed, changed hotels and ended up not eating dinner until late. It was very strange. Another day we were told to meet Charles at 6:30 but when we got to the gorilla habituation an hour later, the ranger was very angry at us for being late - that we were supposed to begin the trek at 6:30. Did Charles know this? Also - I let the tour operator know up front that I could not eat gluten but this was very hard to accommodate. None of the lodges or restaurants had any prior notice of my allergy and some had very limited options. Lastly - on our departure day Charles said we needed to leave at 6:30 am. Eco Adventure had our flight info and could have suggested a later departure time. We ended up at Entebbe airport 8 hours before our flight and could not pass security or check in for our flight until 2 hours before our 1:35 am flight. Made for a really long day and night prior to 48 hours of travel home. We had no idea that the entebbe airport was so strict about entry and there were no restaurants or lounges in the unsecured part of the airport. It was the trip of a lifetime but I don’t think I would pick this operator again.
