Errachidia - The journey begins with a warm welcome from one of the team members at Errachidia Airport, followed by a scenic drive to Erfoud. Along the route, there will be several stops at picturesque landscapes and must-see spots in southern Morocco.
Highlights include the refreshing water sources of Ain Maski and Ai Al Atty, popular with locals during the summer. Visitors will also explore nearby fields to see the traditional Saharan irrigation system known as “Khadarat.”
A stop at Ziz Valley offers a chance to unwind and admire the stunning views of palm trees. The journey continues to the final destination, where guests will check into a hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Erfoud / Rissani / Merzouga (Erg Chebbi)
Rissani - This day promises to be filled with excitement. After breakfast, the tour visits the town of Rissani, a key highlight of the trip, to delve into the history of its palaces and market, and to savor the delectable Madfouna, also known as Berber Pizza.
The adventure continues to Merzouga, where guests will meet nomads, enjoy a cup of tea, and learn about their fascinating way of life. The itinerary also includes a visit to Khmaliyah to experience the traditional Gnaoua music of the region.
The journey then proceeds to Merzouga, heading towards the desert camp. A stop at a traditional hotel allows for relaxation and preparation for a camel ride, offering a serene experience amidst the dunes.
As the sun sets, guests will be escorted to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay in luxurious tents, with the evening featuring Saharan music under the stars.
