Adventure - great adventure experience. Unique place to be with friends. A "luxury" in a desert location, with the benefit of no telephone network

Sahara sandboard - I am an (unfortunately) old skier who converted to the board in the hope of turning back the lancelles of my biological clock. I thought I did it by joining the riders of Campiglio (where I have a marcelo burlon cover store) but nothing compares to a descent on the sand from the top of the dune overlooking the desert, dune that you could reach thanks to jorge, a crazy Spanish who acts as a ski lift with his super-pumped off-road vehicle that you can climb on the walls, if you dare to push the ull accelerator without looking in the mirror because you would only see the emptiness of the abyss Sent ....... I continue tomorrow

The thousand and one nights - The desert experience was amazing. Riding in the dromedary, sitting on the sand to watch the sunset and spending the night in the jaima is priceless. Excellent dinner and breakfast, the people who welcomed us and our guide Ishmael made us participate in the fire with music and dances after dinner. Wordless!!!!

Unique..Unforgettable - We travelled with SienteMorocco on an 11-day tour from Marrakech to Chefchaouen, spending a night in the desert. Everything perfect. The camp boys super friendly and dedicated. We watched the sunset from the top of a dune.Dinner in jaima dining room. Then we had fun with typical music. The lights went out and we could observe a unique sky and silence We were the only brave ones who got up early to see the sunrise. Absolutely recommended

Better hold on to your fantasies - First if all this is probably the best thing to do in Morocco. Speak to other travellers and they will tell you the same. Rode camel to the camp. Spent one day touring. Then next day was driven back to Merzouga town. Best bit? The camel ride and seeing the desert. The rest are tourist traps like visiting local communities. Should you do it? Absolutely. Theres nothing like it. But better hold onto your fantasies. Let me explain. If you think you are on the edge of the great Sahara desert, on the edge of the empire, the border of civilisation behong which lays the barbarians (reminds me of Waiting for the Baebarians by Coetzee), then you are 100% wrong. Look up google earth and you will see its a small patch of sand close to Merzouga. You think you are travesering the great plains of the desert to a remote camp. In reality you can drive to the camp by car in 15min. So it is actually like a desert theme park. Artificial. The desert is ruined by car tracks and 4x4 tyre tracks. Voom voom 4x4 bikers all around you. So if you think you are traversing across virgin desert sand with only camel tracks in your photos you are 100% wrong. Sorry, its really a theme park. Nevertheless its a good one. Hold on to your fantasies.

Only rip-off - It's just a rip-off. They are pressed like an orange with pendulum intrusiveness. Not worth it - the desert is great
