• Aiguestortes I Estany of Saint Maurici National Park - Following the presentations and material review, participants will travel by 4x4 to the park’s entrance.

The journey begins at the Josep Maria Blanc shelter. From this point, the day will be spent leisurely walking around some of the park’s most significant glacial lakes. The route offers an optional ascent to Monestero Peak (2,877m / 9,439 ft).

A picnic will be enjoyed amidst breathtaking views during the walk. On the return, there will be a stop at the Josep Maria Blanc shelter for a visit and refreshment, where the group will wait for the taxi back.

This classic 60-seater mountain retreat is situated at an elevation of 2,350m, in a prime location surrounded by the Estany Tort of Peguera and the peaks of Peguera, Monestero, and Saburó.
