A taxi will take the group to the Planell of Aiguestortes, where the trekking adventure begins. The path leads past the Estany Llong Refuge, ascending towards the Agulles de Delluí, and crossing the Delluí pass at 2,557m / 8,300 ft. The route then descends to the carrilet, remnants of an old wagon used for transporting materials for hydroelectric constructions in the early 20th century. The day concludes at the Colomina Refuge for the first night’s stay.

A World of Lakes and Electricity

The stage begins with the stunning Pas de l’Ós (Bear Pass), continuing to the Saburó pass at 2,667m / 8,750ft. From there, the group will summit the Pic de Saburó at 2,906m / 9,500ft, offering breathtaking views. After the summit, the descent leads to the Josep Maria Blanc refuge, surrounded by a spectacular landscape and lakes, where the night will be spent.

The final climb ascends to the Amitges shelter, where the night is spent amidst the stunning Agulles d’Amitges.
