- We had an incredible kayak tour with Everglades Adventures! Our guide, Sean, was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience fun and safe. We even spotted a few alligators, which was a real highlight. One important tip: if you're visiting during the wet season, come prepared for mosquitoes—bring strong repellent and cover up.

A must-do at the EVERGLADES. Great center and location compared to other tours. - Truly unique experience except that given the period we did not see any alligator. The guide that was called SEAN very nice and really reliable.

Kayak in the mangrove - We paddled 5 files in the mangrove tunnel and over the lakes. There were too many mosquitoes during July, but our great guide Sean brings us masks and long sleeves, water and rain coat for thunderstorms. My friend saw a gator when we return. Overall it’s a perfect trip :)

Unforgettable - We had a wonderful experience kayaking with Sean as our guide. He is very knowledgeable and generously shared his knowledge. Only a couple of members of our party are experienced kayakers, but he made sure that we were all comfortable and safe. We saw pristine plant and wildlife, and Sean explained how changes in climate impact the environment. Excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Authentic kayaking tour with a wonderful guide - The tout guide, Sean, did a great job leading us through the Everglade mangroves. We learned a lot about the flora and fauna. The tunnels through the mangroves were amazing... Such a cool and almost surreal experience. However, the mosquitoes are INTENSE. You MUST wear long sleeves, a buff on your neck, pants, and tall socks with shoes. Sean provided the head mosquito nets which were a life saver! This is a truly authentic experience of what it's like in the Everglade mangroves, but it's probably not for those who can't push through being uncomfortable in a raw environment.

Family kayak trip - The kayak tour was wonderful! However, we were not prepared for the mosquitoes. Thankfully, our guide, Sean, brought us long sleeved shirts and mosquito net hats to use which saved the day!

Best way to explore the everglades - Such a good experience! Exploring the everglades with a kayak is an excellent way to do it. Going through the mangrove tunnels and seeing all the wild animals was very interesting. We were lucky enough to see alligators as well.
Sean is a great guide who knows a lot about the everglades. As we had no long sleeves to wear, we stopped at his house to get some of his private clothes. Definitely wear long sleeves and bring bug spray. Otherwise the mosquitos will ruin your experience.

Up close and personal with the Glades - Sean was a great guide. Lots of cool facts about the wildlife and area were shared. Kayaking is a great way to experience the Everglades up close and personal. From going through the mangrove tunnels to hearing and seeing the wildlife around you, you can’t go wrong! Sean also was a step ahead of us and brought the mosquito head nets which were a life saver. Bug spray up and wear long sleeves!

Absolute highlight of our little Florida tour - Sean was our guide, and he was perfect. Very communicative, but also let nature speak in the right places again and again. Explained a lot and interesting. The tour was great, through Mangoven tunnels or on open water. Highly recommended!
