Once you book, your reservation is automatically confirmed. Upon your arrival, a driver holding a sign with your name and our company logo will be waiting for you. Please contact us at the number on your ticket to let us know you’ve arrived. We monitor your flight, so we are aware of your arrival time and will wait for you as long as needed at no extra charge, provided you contact us. We will wait up to 1 hour after your flight’s arrival for your call; if we don’t hear from you, it will be considered a no-show. Be cautious of individuals at the airport offering other transportation services; they may try to mislead you about our driver. After collecting your luggage, proceed directly to the exit hall where your driver will be waiting with a sign displaying your name and our company logo.

One day before your departure, please call the number on your ticket to confirm your pick-up time. We will arrange for you to be at the airport 2.5 hours before your flight. You will need to provide your room number to finalize the driver’s pick-up order. Our driver will arrive at the pick-up location 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled time. A fee of $10 will be charged for every 10 minutes past the confirmed pick-up time.
