Transfer EZE to hotel in Buenos Aires - Everything went very smoothly. Our driver was waiting for us right after customs. He helped with our luggage. We arrived at our hotel within a reasonable amount of time. The only comment is we thought we were getting an English speaking driver. Fortunately one of our friends spoke enough Spanish to get us by.

Pahola is an angel - We arrived in Ezeiza at 22:00 after a long international trip. The emigration service in Ezeiza was very slow and took more than two hours. However our driver Pahola Pulido waited for us all that time and took us to the hotel well beyond midnight. Pahola greeted us with water and alfajores in her car. His friendliness and professionalism was the best we found in Buenos Aires. Besides, my wife forgot her cell phone in Pahola's car. She returned to the hotel at 2 a.m. to return him. Pahola was simply a charm and a complete kindness. I would give you 10 stars to recognize your professionalism and service. Thank you so much Pahola!!!

It worked out in the end - When we arrived, we didn't have anyone waiting for us. I called to find out that the transfer was canceled. I had called earlier to change the destination from the airport (we were connecting to) to an airport hotel since our original flt was canceled the day before. Viator app still showed the transfer and I did not get any notice of cancelation. Luckily, a car was already at our airport and we were able to get a ride immediately. The cancelation was a bit disconcerting but in the end it worked out for us.

Be aware there’s additional cost if you’re late - The problem with this transfer to the city is that they don’t give you adequate time to get off the plane get through customs go through the luggage pick up and then get to the meeting point they give you a one hour window. It took us all of an hour just to get off the plane and get to the customs in about halfway through so because we didn’t do it within the window they charge you extra never telling you that that was part of the agreement. Could’ve done a taxi for about half the price. I give them prompts on the communication. They were good to communicate with always answering any questions that I have maybe in an off-season you can make it in the time limit they give you also I asked for an English speaking driver that’s driver spoke no English and could not understand us nor could we understand him. It was a little difficult.

Scary Ride - The driver did not speak English as advertised. We were all scared of his driving throughout the trip. Barely missing cars as he cut in and out of lanes while driving very fast.
