Amazing once in a lifetime trip! - My family (my husband, myself and our teenage son) visited Alaska for the first time last year during winter break. We did lots of researches, phone calls and had some idea on what places are must see and what to expect. The hotel at Fairbanks where we had our reservation gave us Gina's name and we called her. That was one of the best decisions we made on this trip! Gina made our trip so much easier by giving us thorough details on not only the Fire and Ice tour, but about what to expect when we arrive, what to pack. We live in Southern California and our experience was about to be once in a lifetime one! Gina was right on time to pick us up from our hotel and drove us to see beautiful aurora lights. She made multiple stops to make sure we have the best Northern Lights experience and also took pictures for us. We also had pleasant time at the Ice museum. Our Chena hot springs tour was also quite memorable! Gina made sure we had our dinner with us on time and gave us good options to choose from and offered to pick it for us while we are in the hot springs and then took us to watch northern lights from there. The tour was very pleasant and we had just another young family with us in the vehicle.
AK Bucket List tours are professional and courteous and again Gina is a great storyteller! She is very patient and answered all our questions with full details. I will definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Fairbanks for the first time.

Fantastic Experience from Start to Finish - Gina was an absolute pleasure to have as our guide. The whole tour was seamless, well-paced, and very enjoyable. She knows exactly what travelers need and makes everything easy and comfortable. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great experience.

Wow! Unforgettable Experience with AK Bucket List Tours! - If you’re dreaming of an extraordinary Alaska adventure, this is it. Gina is incredibly well connected, and thanks to her we received true VIP treatment from start to finish. She took us to unique, secluded locations that felt completely off the beaten path—absolutely spectacular spots for viewing the Northern Lights. The experience was personal, seamless, and beyond anything we expected. We felt so taken care of and so lucky to see Alaska in such a special way. Highly, highly recommend!

Bucket list experience ✔️ - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Gina was an absolutely amazing tour guide for our Chena Hot Springs, Ice Museum, and Northern Lights excursion. She truly went above and beyond to make the experience feel personal and special to us, not rushed or cookie-cutter at all.
She was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive, making sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying every part of the journey. Gina is extremely knowledgeable and shared so much fascinating information along the way, which made the experience even more meaningful. You could really feel her passion for Alaska and for what she does.
From the Ice Museum to relaxing at Chena Hot Springs, and especially while chasing the Northern Lights, Gina made us feel taken care of and genuinely excited to be there. She turned a great excursion into an unforgettable one. I can’t recommend her enough — if you get Gina as your guide, you’re in for something truly special.

Educational and exciting - Unfortunately my original tour guide had to cancel but Gina last minute was willing to give the tour instead.which had 4 of us overall so it was more personalized which was even a larger bonus.She also made it very educational the tour and learned a lot about how people live In Alaska and also many stories while driving us to the hot springs and ice museum. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate but she did give us some tips and resources for seeing the aurora.
I’d definitely would recommend this as a tour

We had an incredible experience with AK Bucket List Tours on the Fire and Ice tour. We brought our whole family, and it truly could not have been better.
Our guides, a husband-and-wife team, were absolutely fantastic. They clearly created this experience with care and intention, and it shows in every detail. Both of them were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely great people to spend the day with. She took so many photos for us, which was such a gift and let us stay fully present and enjoy the experience as a family.
It was also a huge comfort having them drive, especially in winter conditions. Knowing we were in capable, experienced hands made the entire tour relaxing and stress-free. Everything about the day felt thoughtful, safe, and special. This was one of the highlights of our Alaska trip, and we cannot recommend AK Bucket List Tours highly enough.

Awesome evening @ springs & chasing Aurora - I am so so happy that I was guided by Gina. She is so wonderful & personable & very helpful. I couldn’t be more pleased to be in her company last night. She went above and beyond to get us to see the lights. Her information, research was great! She is so dedicated to doing the best for her guests.

Great Afternoon - Gina was fabulous. I went solo on this trip because my Husband was sick. Very fun place to visit although I’m not sure I’d want to stay there. The Greenhouse is amazing and the tour was very interesting. I also enjoyed the sled dogs. They were all so friendly and well socialized. I was a little disappointed with the Ice Museum as I expected it to be completely made of ice. It was fun watching them carve my ice cup for the yummy appletini. Gina went out of her way for me - stopping at a restaurant for me to pick up dinner for my husband. She is so friendly and caring. I highly recommend her tours!!!

Surreal experience at Chena - Experience at Chena Hotspring was excellent. Our driver Christopher arrivd on time to pick us up. He spoke about his life and Fairbanks during the trip. The Ice museum was extraordinary. The Martini in an ice glass added the experience. Then my wife and I headed towards the hot spring instead of dinner. The hotspring experience was fantastic. It was a bit of less planned thereafter. We viewed the aurora from the aurora viewing room in the Chena but the aurora chasing and the time before was less coordinated. I would also say the people in our group wasn’t very interested in aurora viewing. That probably added to the experience. We got back around 2:30.
Overall a good experience. A little more coordination between hot spring and aurora chase could have made it absolute perfect.
