Wonderful wonderful trip - Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! Tony is a wealth of knowledge. In a single evening you get to do so many unique things--ice museum, dinner in an Alaskan lodge, hot springs, Aurora viewing. It's a smaller more intimate trip than some competitors (just 4-6 people). It was truly wonderful, would highly recommend.

Memorable Aurora Experience - Our guide, Tony was personable, easy-going and knowledgeable. The hot springs were relaxing and calming. Though we didn't see the Northern Lights from Chena Hot Springs, we saw an amazing display on our 56 mile trek back to town. Tony pulled over so that ww could capture the images and assisted us so that we could really enjoy the experience. Kudos to him for his patience and kindness!

Tony was incredible! Just... - Tony was incredible! Just all around down to earth friendliest guy ever. Incredibly knowledgeable about everything aurora! We were able to see some lights at the hot springs but we did not see a show. Tony really wanted to experience a light show. He took us to another site and lo and behold we got a light show. He was incredibly flexible with how much time we wanted to do the specific activities! Take this tour! You will not be disappointed!

Aurora and Chena Hot Springs Experience - Experience was amazing! Our tour guide, Tony was second to none! Would highly recommend to book him on this experience. He knows all the ins and outs and will take care of you and your family. This experience was truly magical!

Tony was amazing and gave us a memorable night even when the lights didn't show on that cloudy night! - We unfortunately did not see the lights because of how cloudy it was, but my husband and I can arguably say this was the best night we had in Fairbanks. Tony brought us all together with other travelers and the company was just amazing seeing the lights would have been the cherry on top. It was not as people-y (Tony's words), so we had the hot spring to ourselves until it closed so that was nice. He went to the hot spring with us so we actually shared the experience together. He was passionate with his job and being from Fairbanks that we learned a lot, and loved Fairbanks even more because of its people.

Great tour, phenomenal tour guide - Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The activities at Chena were incredible and Tony really added to the night by being personable, informative, fun, and so helpful.

Great experience! - Our guide Tony made every effort to ensure we had a great experience! Our group included me and my husband and our guide Tony so it was as if we had our own private tour! Tony’s knowledge of the area was an added bonus as we learned about Alaska through out the night. The ice museum was fun, but some of the statues were being repaired so we didn’t get the full effect. The apple martinis were tasty. The hot springs were a perfect way to warm up! The temp was just right. The lights didn’t make it out that night, but it was not for Tony trying his best to give us an opportunity to see them.

Chena Hot Springs & Northern lights chasing - Tony was great! He went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. He planned things so that we could maximize our time at the thermal pool and have dinner at the restaurant. On our way back, if the northern lights began to show, Tony would find a place to pull over so that we could see the northern lights. This tour exceeded our expectations. Thank you Tony. :-)

Ice museum ,hot spring, northern lights - Our tour guide Christopher was great, super nice guy.
Our ice museum experience was disappointing, too crowded …it could be because of the last tour of the day? Also, I felt like the lady that took us to ice museum was in a hurry def. not too friendly( mind you she’s only been there for 3 mons). The worst part of it is, they all talk about apple tini to try for $20… guess what ,we are one of them that fell for it. However, by the time we got to ice museum… it was not enough ice martini glass to sell , smh.
I guess no anticipation on how many tourists booked the tour. We asked to get a refund…. we did after a long process since the lady in the counter just started work in the gift shop.
We ate at the restaurant, our tour guide highly recommended the scallops and boy it was delish and they give u a good portion as well.
The hot spring experience was ok, we had a better one, too dark and the way they put the red and green lights were blinding us .
We saw a li bit of the Northern Lights… not if full effect. We appreciate Christopher as he made an efforts to chase them and made multiple stops for us, thank you.
