Just an amazing experience - Bioluminescent kayaking in Puerto Rico was truly magical! Paddling through the calm waters at night, every stroke of the paddle lit up the water with a blue-green glow. It felt like the stars had fallen into the lagoon. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel safe the entire time. They shared fascinating facts about the bioluminescence, the lagoon’s ecosystem, and Puerto Rico’s natural beauty. The scenery was peaceful and calming, with the sounds of nature all around. It was surreal to see fish darting through the glowing water, leaving bright trails behind them. The whole experience felt like stepping into another world. The trip was well-organized, and the equipment was in great condition. I would highly recommend this adventure to anyone visiting Puerto Rico—it’s an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience that you absolutely shouldn’t miss. Perfect for couples, families, or solo travelers looking for something magical.

- Lori, Brian , and Daniel were awesome guides! It was a great experience. Loved the mangroves and the stars! Would love to come back again after the lagoon recovers from the sargassum. But don’t let that stop you from the adventure.

No Bioluminescence, Rotting Seaweed - The guides try to do their best but the situation is terrible. There is no bioluminescence at this time, and the water stinks of rotting seaweed. This company knows of these problems, but is still marketing this tour as if they don’t exist. Very irresponsible.

No illumination to be found - We could not see any bio illumination. Would not have booked the excursion had I known it wasn’t going to be visible. Paid $400 for a night kayak tour for 4. Way too many people trying to fight their way through the mangrove. Not sure why there were boats traveling at the same time, seemed dangerous for the people trying to get out of their way
