Wonderful experience! - This was so worth it! The ease of booking and friendly and thorough confirmation from East Island was seamless. The check in process was easy and the marina where we left from was easy to get in and out of via Uber—as we opted out of taking the shuttle they provide to the hotels (however that was an amazing addition for a very reasonable price). I can’t say enough about our crew Jaylynn, Angel and our Captain. They took such amazing care of us, especially given that out day of travel had very strong current & choppy waters and there were kids on our boat.they equally prioritized safety and experience and found beach and snorkeling spots that did not disappoint! Food and drinks all day were also great, even for my vegetarian traveling companion.

Amazing Day with a Great Crew and Fun Spacious Boat! - A group of friends and I booked "Ocean Ray", one of the luxury power catamarans and had an absolute blast! The 3 man crew were experts, they drove the boat smoothly and safely, brought us to the perfect island for enjoying the beach and snorkeling the coral reef, and one of the team even helped support one of the passengers when he was dealing with some sea sickness/anxiety. We would absolutely use them again without a second though, a great experience and value!

for families with children under six, the advertised "child-friendly" is a significant misleading - Let me be unequivocally clear: if you are a parent of toddlers and the well-being of your little ones, coupled with the prudent allocation of your finances, are paramount, then bypass this offering. The considerable duration of the trip proved utterly fatiguing for young children, rendering the entire endeavor more of an ordeal than an exploration. The $600 (including tips or more) that a family of four might expend would be far better allocated to an additional night of restful slumber in your hotel. Our initial interaction involved a frustrating misunderstanding regarding our booking date. The individual at registration exhibited a rigid stance on their "no refund" policy, eventually offering a rescheduling option burdened by a significant $200 fee. After considerable negotiation, a paltry $70 discount was granted, and we were subsequently directed to a different vessel, at this pointI spent $700 bucks for a motorized boat destined for the closer shores of Icacos, rather than our initial destination. While the island's natural beauty is undeniable, a vista unlike anything found in other parts of the United States, the steep cost associated with bringing young children renders it a prohibitively expensive indulgence. My recommendation is thus: East Island Excursions to Icacos, in this particular format, is best suited for couples or families with older, more resilient children. The culinary offerings were acceptable, and the crew's hospitality was adequate. However, for families with children under six, the advertised "child-friendly" nature of this tour proved to be a significant misrepresentation, leaving us with a sense of disappointment and a considerable dent in our vacation budget.
