We will always be available to give you information of the history and nature of the surrounding areas.

- Transportation: San Juan to Fajardo Area Only. The driver will contact you the day prior to the reservation to provide pick up location and time. A minimum of 6 passengers is required, if the minimum is not met additional charges or cancellations may apply.

- Bring: Items for skin protection (sunblock without Oxybenzone ingredient, long sleeve shirt, etc.)
- At your own risk - waterproof cases with electronic devices (waterproof camera, cell phone, etc.)
- What Not to bring: any valuables or items that cannot get wet. Lost items will be very hard to find in the water. Anything you take with you might get wet.
- Minimum numbers apply - There is a possibility of cancellation after Instant Confirmation. This excursion requires a minimum of 8 guests with reservations in order to provide the tour. In the event this minimum is not met, we will call 1-2 days prior to the excursion to go over alternative options (alternative dates or full refund).

Amazing Experience - The whole trip was fabulous. Diego, Ricky and the captain were great. They made you feel welcome. The food was delicious and they interacted with us the whole time. I recommend everyone to book this excursion.

Must do while in PR - We had an amazing time on the Medusa. Adriel, Chris and Daniel were the best! They made us feel en casita the entire trip. The music, food and drinks were on point and the slide was the cherry on top. We’ve done a few boat rides in PR but this one was hands down the best. I highly recommend for anyone trying to get the full PR experience! 🇵🇷🐸

Best snorkeling trip ever! - So much fun! The best part of my trip to Puerto Rico. Randy was amazing a great instructor, down to earth and so much fun! The food was delicious, the drink were plentiful, the music was good and the snorkeling was so peaceful!

Booking It - From start to finish the process was easy. The staff members were awesome & super nice. I wish I could remember all their names. The lady who made the Pina Colados was the sweetest. The instructions were clear & easy. I was skeptical about the food provided but no need ! The food is 10 out of 10. I truly enjoyed the ease of booking. The experience of snorkleing & the care they provided. The staff was knowledgeable & informative. I will be bsck for more. The pricing was also on par with the excursion.

Boat tour snorkeling Puerto Rico - We booked a boat tour + transportation: the transportation service was suppose to contact us for giving us information regarding the arrangements of the pick up for the tour. I tried to reach out to them in anyway possible by calling them multiple times, sending messages and emails. No one was able to pick up the phone till 8 in the morning and the bout tour started at the same time. We were forced to get an uber and for that reason we were late for the tour but for just 15/20 minutes and the bout wasn’t able to await for us and they left without us. Very bad service highly disappointed and not recommended

Overpriced by viator... - Overpriced by viator cheaper to go through then directly. Food was ehh I have seen better rides. But overall ok. But cheaper to go through them directly.
