《Breathing Deep in the Desert | A Journey Through Time in Black and White》 - As the car slowly left Cairo, moving away from the bustling city, we were headed to a place ancient, serene, and almost untouched by the flow of everyday time — the Sahara Desert. This vast land, spanning more than ten countries, is the world’s largest hot desert. It may seem monotonous at first glance, yet it holds an unimaginable variety of landscapes. On this journey, we ventured into one of its most breathtaking sections: Egypt’s Western Desert — the Black Desert, the White Desert, and the Crystal Mountain. ⸻ From City to Oasis: A Meal as a Ritual of Travel At 7:00 a.m., the driver arranged by Tamer arrived promptly at our hotel, taking us from Cairo westward to the Bahariya Oasis. The four-hour journey took us through sandy plains and scattered villages. Upon arrival, Tamer warmly welcomed us at his doorstep, his eyes radiating a kind and reassuring strength. Our first experience was a grand lunch: spiced beef stew, glossy rice, roasted eggplant, fresh salad, stewed tomatoes, and potatoes — each dish bursting with the rich, comforting flavors of Egyptian home cooking. This meal not only nourished our bodies but also marked the gentle prologue of this journey. ⸻ The Black Desert | Ancient Memories of Volcanoes Our first stop was the Black Desert, a vast expanse shaped by ancient volcanic eruptions. The sand shimmered in warm reddish-brown hues, dotted with countless black volcanic rocks that looked like fallen stars scattered across the earth. The hilltops were capped with basalt fragments — cooled remnants of molten lava, a silent trace of the earth’s fiery breath. Driving across the black sands, Tamer skillfully navigated each rise and fall, as if his heart was in sync with the land. ⸻ Crystal Mountain | Treasures Hidden in the Sand Leaving the Black Desert behind, a strange, glittering hill emerged ahead. This was Crystal Mountain — a natural formation of quartz crystals that once lay at the bottom of an ancient sea, now exposed by tectonic movements and wind erosion. Walking closer, the ground sparkled with transparent and golden crystals, each catching the sunlight like tiny miracles. This shimmering desert was Sahara’s quiet gift to wandering souls. ⸻ Sandboarding | A Playground in the Dunes At a high slope along the way, Tamer brought out a sandboard. On our first slide, we tumbled and rolled, laughter scattering with the wind. By the second attempt, we glided smoothly to the bottom, our hearts feeling just as light. Climbing back up was the real challenge, each step sliding down with the sand. But when Tamer reached out and pulled me up, his gentle gesture became a tiny, shining detail in my memory. ⸻ The White Desert | A Theater of Timeless Sculptures By evening, we finally entered the White Desert National Park. This surreal landscape of limestone formations, shaped by millions of years of wind and sand, appeared like a vast natural sculpture garden. In the glow of the setting sun, the white sand reflected a gentle light, and we seemed to have stepped into a dream where time and space blurred. Tamer chose a flat spot for our camp. Calmly and expertly, he set up the tent, cooked, and built a fire. Dinner was a feast of fragrant roast chicken, tomato-stewed potatoes, perfectly seasoned Egyptian rice, and a warm soup with fresh lemon juice — each sip a tiny light in the cold desert night. ⸻ Desert Night | The Whisper of Wind and Stars After dinner, we sat quietly on the sand, gazing at the starry sky. Free from light pollution, the night sky was a clear canvas, with the Milky Way cascading like an ink wash painting. The wind whispered in our ears, and tiny grains of sand danced in the air, like the desert’s gentle, quiet breath. My friend and I couldn’t resist running across the cool desert sand, feeling the thrill of freedom mingled with solitude. When we returned, Tamer had brewed a pot of warm, sweet tea — a comforting blessing for travelers in the chilly desert night. That night, I slept deeply in the warm sleeping bag, missing the desert fox that visited our camp. But it didn’t matter — some miracles are meant to be felt, not seen. ⸻ Morning in the Desert | Awakening from Silence At dawn, the world outside the tent awoke quietly. Breakfast was a simple but heartwarming spread — flatbread, jam, cheese, hot coffee, and cookies. Sunlight spilled over the golden dunes, making even our breaths feel lighter. Tamer took us to visit the final landmarks: Rabbit Rock, Chicken Rock, and Mushroom Rock — each stone sculpted by the wind, delicately yet powerfully. Covered in sand and sunlight, we finally began our journey back to the city. ⸻ A Journey to Breathe Deeply This two-day, one-night desert journey was not just a sightseeing tour, but a chance to listen to the rhythm of our own hearts. Before entering the desert, you might fear getting lost. But standing beneath the Milky Way, you realize that some places are not meant to help you find direction — they are where you can finally let go of it. ⸻ Recommended Guide | Tamer Safari If you also wish to experience an elegant and profound desert journey, I wholeheartedly recommend Tamer — A guide who treats the desert with immense respect and every traveler with genuine warmth. • WhatsApp: +20 122 839 9260 • Email: info@tamersafari.com

Tamer Safari for Black&White desert - I have been with my family in Black and white desert with a 2 days-3 nights tour with Tamer Safari, and with Tamer in person as tour guide. It was really a beautiful experience, professionally conducted by Tamer . Tamer drove us through the most important spots of the 2 deserts, settled down the camp and cooked delicious foods. Before leaving for the tour we visited as well the beautiful oasis of Bahariya. I would recommend anybody visiting this part of Egypt to chose Tamer safari as organizer of your tour. Very professional, prepared and safe during the drive. Go for it!

最棒的沙漠旅行!最专业的向导! - It’s the best trip I ever had!!! Before going for the trip, desert’s such a mysterious place to me. I saw a lot of photos of the Sahara, but still shocked when I sat on Tamer’s car and entered into the Sahara Desert. It is such a glorious sight that I cannot forget for my whole life. With Tamer, we viewed the spectacular sceneries in the Black Desert, the Crystal Desert, and the White Desert… Black desert amazes me so much, black stones spread all over the sand mountains. And it’s hard to believe they are from volcano! It is really a scenery beyond imagination, like another planet (climbing the mountains really gained me a different views!) The crystal desert is shiny and holy… Destiny will lead you to your crystal. The White Desert is the most pure and calm one. Touching the different types of wind-eroded stones took us back through times, the history and memory of the earth unfold through the shapes portrayed by the wind… Every desert is so different, but has the same shocked beauty! More than that, Tamer treated us with really nice care! He gave us a lot of new experiences - collecting crystals in the desert, car drifting, chasing the sunset, sitting with the fire under the star, even dancing with the local music! The most memorable moment for me is lying besides the fire, watching the stars and listening to the sounds of grilling chicken! The stars were so shiny, and it’s like everything even time disappeared, and you are overlooking the sky. The feeling is so strong, and calm. Thanks Tamer a loooooot, he completely showed us the most beautiful view in the Sahara Desert! He is the most responsible guide I ever met! He was born in the desert, and now I see him as the “king” of the desert. In this trip, I was shocked so many times that he knows every part of the desert and always finds the best places for best views. He can drive so smoothly in the desert, but if you wanna experience car drifting, he is also an expert! Besides, he is a patient, knowledgeable, and nice guy, with excellent cooking skills - Egyptian special rice and dishes, grilled chicken in the desert, Egyptian local tea… And he also prepared us so many delicious food!!!!!! Moreover, there are so many fresh delicious fruits - love it! Under Tamer’s lead and description, every sand, stone, wind, and star we saw and touched was not unfamiliar and far, but became our friends. Little tip! Tamer’s mint Shisha and tea are the best, especially in the night of the desert! Don’t miss them if you like! Little little tip! Tamer is also a very very very interesting person with deep mind and amazing life experiences!!!!!! I am so happy to have a conversation with him!!!!!!!!!!! Real tip - 1. power bank - your phone could lose electricity easily with lots of photo-taking! And you will need one! 2. More clothes - huge temperature differences of the day and night in the desert!

White desert tour, adventure and nature available to all. Hotel thousand stars and homemade food. ENJOY! - All right, to repeat. We made a trip from Cairo. We were picked up by a driver 15 min before the agreed time (very punctual). Comfortable vehicle, the driver did not speak English but attentive (I buy us water and coffee in a couple of stops). Route that lasts about 6 to the oasis of bahariya where we change to a 4x4. Before marching food in a typical room, abundant and spicy not suitable for delicate stomachs. The route really begins here, A journey along a dune-strewn highway, stopping in the black desert to ascend a hill and see the whole black desert in its splendour, with a sun of justice, enlivened by fresh wind. Then travel through the desert dunes stopping on the glass mountain and climb multiple hills with spectacular views. To top it off, we sandboarded, sitting, very funny, of course, with sand even in our underwear afterwards. Still, I recommend it is an experience. After this, head to the depths of the white desert, to feel one more kiss, help ride the jaima, make dinner and enjoy a beautiful sunset in a silence that deafens. Dinner of course delicious and more than abundant, with later tea and chat around a bonfire. We saw a desert fox, they're coming up for dinner scraps. There are hardly any bugs to think about in bites. We sleep in a tent, wearing sacks and blankets that provide more than enough (eye, not in the jaima, practically a Quechua). They guide you to the entrance of the store to see sunrise, spectacular, although we missed part for trusting the time of sunrise. However spectacular. Breakfast guess, hearty and good. Pick up and return home at 120-130km/h by the dunes, which for the Dakar forums, will enjoy it. We went with tamer. * I recommend wearing a sweatshirt/polar and long pants for the night. And another just in case, a neck and head knicker as well as sand sunglasses. **Not suitable for delicates, sand everywhere, a day without toileting and doing necessities out there (try going with everything done before getting into the 4x4), food with Cover almost shared. ***The sluggish, bring hand wipes. ****As soon as you can (ask before) remove everything and feel the sand on your feet, boots and sandals are left over in the last part of the excursion.
