The meeting location for our adventure is in front of the main gate of Faro Train Station at 8:20 AM (year-round) or 2:20 PM (from February 15 to October 15).
We will journey to Armação de Pera in our air-conditioned van to board the boat directly on the beach.
The boat tour includes a visit to the arches of Praia da Marinha and the 10 surrounding caves and cliffs of the Benagil Coast: the Benagil Cave, the Pirates’ Cave, the Crocodile Cave, the Crows’ Cave, among others. The cliffs and Praia da Marinha are ranked among the 40 most beautiful beaches in the world and are featured in the Michelin guide.
With such stunning scenery, the photos and videos will be absolutely amazing, offering a chance to create wonderful memories.
At Praia da Senhora da Rocha, there will be free time to sunbathe, enjoy the Algarve sea, or go snorkeling. A sun hat and snorkeling mask are provided.
Conclude with a visit to the Chapel of Lady of the Rock, situated atop a cliff.
Return to Faro in our van.
- You’ll be boarding a small boat on the beach shore. Please keep in mind that you’ll need a reasonable level of physical fitness, as it may involve wading through shallow water, stepping over the boat’s edge, and maintaining balance on an unstable surface
- Bring backpack with water and light food (e.g. sandwiches and fruit)
- If the weather is fine on the beach, please bring flip-flops, a swimsuit and a towel. not recommended for anyone subject to nausea and severe mobility

In front of the train station door at 8h20 for 8h30 departure or 14h20 for 14h30 departure. There will be a van with our ‘Algarve Sensations Tours’ logo on the doors and our Guide present. It´s very important to attend 10 minutes before departure.

Exceptional - If you're thinking about which tour to take, look no further. This is the one! Sebastian made sure we had an incredible day. It felt very luxurious to have our own tour guide and he was very knowledgeable and could answer all our questions about the region. The itinerary was great, we enjoyed every stop.
We also appreciated the communication around the weather situation as we had to rescheduale the trip due to strong winds. Our tip to you all is to book this tour early in your trip and have some flexibility if the weather won't allow a safe boat trip on the day you first planned. Thank you Sebastian for everything!

The best experience of our stay! - If you want to have the best experience of your stay in the Algarve, go for it with Sebastian from D’algarve Sensation. We had an absolutely unforgettable day and everything was perfect from start to finish. Sebastian picked us up directly from Faro station and took care of us with incredible kindness.
What really changed the game was having a guide just for us. We felt privileged! As we were early for the boat in Benagil, he took us for a walk along the cliffs and showed us hidden caves and breathtaking panoramas that we would never have found alone. We did well to trust him blindly for the choice of boat, because we clearly had the best tour of the coast.
Sebastian speaks impeccable English and is a really nice person who can be easily talked to. You can feel he loves his area and he passed on his passion throughout the day. The afternoon was just as successful, it took us to other beautiful beaches and left us free time to explore at our own pace.
Frankly, coming to this time in February is a genius idea: it’s less hot, there’s no summer crowd and you really enjoy the wild beauty of the scenery. A huge thank you Sebastian, it is thanks to you that this day will remain the most beautiful memory of our holiday. We'll toast your health tonight with a glass of Vinho Verde and we'll enjoy the Piri-Piri in the Portuguese restaurant you recommended. We can only recommend you! Great driver and the boat... - Great driver and the boat trip was smooth with beautiful scenery. The beaches were small but very pleasant. A very laid back easy tour but does have uneven surfaces for walking with lots of steps to get down to one of the beaches if that is an issue.

Excellent trip to the caves of Benagil! - Sebastiao is a fantastic tour guide! I did the afternoon trip to the Benagil caves and also visited the church on the rock. Everything was arranged so that when we got to the caves the boat was already there to take on the tour which of course was absolutely fantastic!
We went from the cave tour to the church on the rock. We were there late in the afternoon and also got to watch a fabulous sunset over the ocean and cliffs.
Sebastiao is a fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly guide.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone considering visiting the caves from Faro.

Fantastic day exploring... - Fantastic day exploring the caves of the Algarve coast. Experienced seven different ones including the one I see every day on my Microsoft Windows screen. Now I can say, "I was there!"
Sebastian, the owner, was such a wonderful guide. He knows and loves this area and his country. It shows in his excitement to introduce every amazing site.
The excursion takes you from Faro to a beach where you get on a small boat to see (and enter) the caves. Then you are shuttled to Our Lady of the Rock chapel and beaches. Excellent sandy beaches and views. I swam in the warm waters and still had time for a vinho verde and a small hike.
Highly recommend.

This was one of the best... - This was one of the best tours we went on while in Portugal. Being on the boat, with dolphins performing in front of us and then going into the caves was truly memorable.

Well worth every penny. If you want exceptional personalized service this is your way to go - Amazing adventure. Well worth every penny. Sebastian was an awesome tour guide. The whole day was an experience I’ll never forget. Even though e have a flat tire along the way it did not hinder our experience. He compensated us with extra free time at one of you stops which was great and also stopped at an additional destination. So we could see the caves from land Well do. Sebastian. Highly recommend

A wonderful visit to the caves and beach - It’s a bit of a drive from Faro. The cave tour is short but you see a lot in that time. The beach is so beautiful I don’t have words to describe it. It was a terrific day but I would have liked another hour or so to enjoy the area. Sebastian , the guide, was very personable and his transport was comfortable.

Short boat ride - Our guide was on time actually early. He was nice and help take photos. The boat ride see caves was short. Not sure what happened but it went abruptedly. It wasn't even like thank you for your time we're heading back it ended very oddly. The boat drivers were nice and everything but all the sudden they had to hurry back something was off
