- Heybeliada - Heybeliada or Halki is the closest island to the shore and the second largest of the Princess Islands. Since the very first moments, the beauty of the natural setting will capture your attention. Blue waters surround the island which is full of intense greenery. Beautiful houses, charming streets and welcoming people are the island’s main characteristics. As you walk around, the tour guide will take you to visit some important sites such as the Theological School, the Beth Yaakov Synagogue, a monastery, and a church.
- Buyukada - When you finish the island’s exploration, you will enter the ferry boat again. On the boat, a lunch break will take place which includes an open buffet. Take your time to enjoy some typical recipes and relax before reaching the next island.
- Buyukada - Buyukada is the largest and most famous islands of all. This is because it seems to have a flawless charm in every season of the year. During your time there, the tour guide will take you to explore the charming streets which are full of imposing and picturesque houses. The island has also some sites of great importance such as the Clock Tower, Aya Yorgi Church, and the Greek Orphanage.
- Istanbul - By the end of your exploration, the ferry boat will take you back to the pier. From there, a car will transfer you to your place of accommodation during the afternoon.

Good and economical excursion - We found the excursion as expected.
Pick up was on time, the journey went smooth and as planned.
Lunch was served on time and it was well cooked to exceed expectations.

Picturesque and good fun! - I liaised with Eric from the reservation team, he was very efficient and prompt in answering my questions, arranging a pick up point and booking us on the trip.
The trip itself was so much fun! The whole team had me in hysterics one way or another. From the moment I stepped on the bus, boat and even the added little extra fashion show made me smile!
Everyone worked as a team and the views were so picturesque! I genuinely had nothing to complain about.

Leave it for warm weather. - Went on a cold day. Sea was quite bumpy. Islands had little to offer. Had to pay 400tl to wait 30 mins and get on a small bus that drove around 1st Island for 10 mins.
Lunch included pasta and salad was OK.
Server in small shop on board was rude.
All in all didn't enjoy it.

Very nicely planned. The pickup from our hotel was very late and the driver didn’t seem to care about it. - We were hoping to see cathedral, and other site in the second island but it was a surprise to not see that. But the other staff and the lunch was very good.

Just about okay. - It was a nice tour with a beautiful ferry ride from Istanbul to princess islands. The islands themselves were beautiful. You can rent bikes and roam around the island. Deducting 2 stars because the most of the guides involved were mostly interesting in clicking and selling photographs and persuading customers to rent bikes. Also, were asked to come out of our hotel at 8.15. But the driver came to pick us up at 9.35. Horrible unprofessionalism. And not even a word of apology.

Air upwards - The pickup was very confusing. According to the website, a green check mark came when I entered my hotel. So I assumed that I could already use the pickup service and started this tour relaxed. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. After booking, only the note that I cannot be picked up and that I must be at the meeting point mentioned by them at 8:30 am (instead of 9 am ). My attempts to cancel this tour were unsuccessful!Now I waited until 9:15 am and only after a call to the driver we were picked up. There was no good morning or any other kind word. Then we started the bus tour and picked up a few more guests from their hotel. We continued on the boat and we could enjoy the view very much. Once on the island we were asked if we would like to ride a bike or bus ...... with additional costs for the bus ride ( 400.00) , which is not recommended as it is a normal bus and we did not receive any information regarding the sights. By the way, I already imagined a more informative tour. Lunch was set up in buffet form and there was no hint of traditional Turkish cuisine. Which was a shame.
An English speaking guide was very helpful on my return journey and organised a taxi for me. That was very commendable!! The fashion show that took place at the end we thankfully foregone and went to the hotel rather by the taxi organized by the guide and paid for ourselves.
For this tour, I would like guests to feel welcome. And their needs for information is met . I received no information whatsoever about istanbul or the islands .

Not enough customer care - Average. They don’t pick up from all hotels in Istanbul.
Me, my mother (50 years old) and my child (2 years old) were left behind at an island. 2 minutes late for pick up and they waved goodbye to us while we stood there not understanding what was going on or how to get home. Thankfully a gentleman helped us find our way back home.
