- Kinaliada - Kinaliada features beautiful summer homes, popular with renters for the season, and a large Armenian community that prefers this island for summer vacations. Its lovely beaches, like Ayazma beach, attract many city dwellers. The Water Sports Club boasts an Olympic pool. Hristos Monastery, built by Byzantine emperor Romanus IV (Diogenes) during his exile, is located on a hill and open to the public only on Fridays. Several restaurants and cafeterias line the pier, with a modern mosque to the left. Overnight accommodations are limited on the island.

Degirmen is a pleasant picnic area facing Kasik island. The island also offers a public beach in a lovely cove and a water sports club. Visitors can enjoy local dishes and fresh fish at many restaurants and cafeterias around the pier. The island remains busy in winter due to schools and the sanatorium, with numerous trekking and hiking trails through the hills and pine groves.
- Buyukada - Buyukada is the largest and most renowned of the island chain. Several small hotels accommodate weekend visitors. Historical sites include Aya Yorgi Church and Monastery from the 6th century, Ayios Dimitrios Church, Hristos Church and Monastery, and Hamidiye Mosque built by Ottoman Sultan Abdulhamit II. Visitors can choose a long or short route to explore the island by renting a horse-drawn carriage. The northern part is heavily residential, while the southern part is calm and forested, attracting private yachts. Dil promontory is a popular picnic spot, and Yoruk Ali beach is open to the public. Numerous restaurants, cafeterias, and shops are located around the pier, along with a small museum.
