Great scam - Total disaster.
We were picked up by the driver half an hour late. During the journey he received the final hammam. This was the spa area in a hotel in the basement. We received polyester diapers (instead of the Pestemals) and were allowed to change in a small (about 1.5 x 2.5m) lockroom. Sauna for max. 4 people and steam bath so small that we had just burst on the bench with a view of the brown boxed wall 50cm away across the street.
We had ordered a different hammam, of course, but e-pass said we were only entitled to a traditional hammam treatment (which was not like that).
I'm overly disappointed with customer service, but that's another story.
