A must- do! - I couldn’t recommend this highly enough! Everything is thought of and Phil and the team take care of you every step of the way. It was an incredible experience, and they are so knowledgeable that we leant a lot about Hobart history at the same time.

A must do bike ride! - After reading the reviews we had no choice but to go on the ride and so glad we did. Rich was a fantastic guide and explained everything, what, where, how and when. We rode through a beautiful rain forest area and were not disappointed. Will be telling all our friends who are planning a trip to Hobart to jump on this ride. Thanks Rich 🙂

Great experience . Don’t miss it - Well organised and informative . Leaders were very responsive to the different fitness and experience levels . That said, the whole tour can be done with very little peddling if desired.

If you can ride a bike, BOOK THIS TRIP! - The trip was incredible! I booked for myself, my dad & my uncle while on a family trip to Tasmania and by sheer luck we were the only 3 who had reserved the tour today! It made for an incredibly personal experience and we got to travel at our own speed with our host catering entirely to us. (Don't count on this though as it is an incredibly popular tour and for good reason!) I would definitely class the experience as 'easy' as long as you are confident on a bike. Both my dad and uncle are around 80yrs old and due to the gradual decline from the top of the mountain to the base, there is very little effort required except for some mindfulness cycling on a couple of forest/rocky tracks & fun technical turns - but these are all taken at a cruisy pace and advice is given on how to navigate them best which was very useful! You don't need to be an expert BMX rider, as long as you are confident on a bike the rest is just all about enjoying the gorgeous sights & history that Mt Wellington has to offer. Truly beautiful ride with so many different types of forest - so thankful we booked it, none of the photos do the real experience any justice!

We did it! - It was amazing! A bit scary in the beginning but soon it was fun and invigorating. It was an adventure for us as we had not ridden mountain bikes on a mountain trail. We’re 68 and 71. Our guide, Shayna, was fabulous and made sure we were safe and she was very knowledgeable about the area and the animals. Do this tour if you can!!!!!

Great experience - What a great experience riding down Mt Wellington from the summit into town, beginning on the ride and then through the forest into suburbia. Our guides were informative with history, flora & fauna and general information on the area during the transfer up the mountain and during the ride back down. The TMBT team made sure everyone was comfortable and familiar with their bikes before we set off. There was plenty of opportunity for those who like a little bit of speed and our guide explained how to manage your bike off road giving tips when needed, safety advice and support to those who needed it. Highly recommend and I would definitely do this again with them.
