1. Booking the Excursion

Reserve your spot via our website, WhatsApp, or at the reception desk.

We will gather your name, number of guests, date, and your accommodation address in Fez.

You’ll receive a confirmation with pickup time and price details.

2. Pre-Trip Coordination (Day Before)

We will reach out to you via WhatsApp or email the evening before to:

Confirm the pickup time and location.

Provide driver contact information.

Clarify the vehicle type and itinerary.

Address any questions or special requests.

3. Pickup in Fez

Pickup occurs between 8:30 and 9:00 AM from your hotel/riad, or the nearest accessible point if you’re within the old medina.

The driver will assist with luggage or belongings.

Depart from Fez towards Volubilis in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle.

️4. Stop 1: Volubilis (Roman Ruins)

Arrive around 10:30 AM at Volubilis, a UNESCO-listed Roman archaeological site.

You have approximately 1 hour to explore the ruins.

Optional: Hire a certified local guide at the entrance for around 2–3€ per person (not included in the trip price).

5. Stop 2: Moulay Idriss Zerhoun

Following Volubilis, a 10-minute drive takes you to Moulay Idriss, one of Morocco’s most sacred towns.

Enjoy free time to stroll through the town, climb to panoramic viewpoints, or visit the main square.

Approximate stop duration: 30–45 minutes.

6. Stop 3: Meknes

Proceed to Meknes (approximately 25–30 minutes).

Arrive around 13:00–13:30.

Enjoy free time to visit:

Royal Stables (Sahrij Souani)

Local markets

Lunch can be enjoyed at a traditional restaurant (not included).

7. Return to Fez

The meeting point and return time will be arranged (usually around 16:00–17:00).

Travel back to Fez with the same driver.

8. Drop-Off in Fez

Drop-off at your original pickup point or another accessible location in the city.
