1. Booking the Excursion

Reservations can be made via our website, WhatsApp, or at the reception desk.

We will gather your name, the number of guests, the date, and your accommodation address in Fez.

You will receive a confirmation that includes the pickup time and price.

2. Pre-Trip Coordination (Day Before)

We will reach out to you via WhatsApp or email the evening before to:

Confirm the pickup time and location.

Provide the driver’s contact information.

Clarify the type of vehicle and itinerary.

Address any questions or special requests.

3. Pickup in Fez

Pickup occurs between 8:30 and 9:00 AM from your hotel/riad, or the nearest accessible point if you are within the old medina.

The driver will assist with your luggage or belongings.

Departure from Fez towards Volubilis in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle.

️4. Stop 1: Volubilis (Roman Ruins)

Arrival is around 10:30 AM at Volubilis, a UNESCO-listed Roman archaeological site.

You will have approximately 1 hour to explore the ruins.

Optional: A certified local guide can be hired at the entrance for about 2–3€ per person (not included in the trip price).

5. Stop 2: Moulay Idriss Zerhoun

Following Volubilis, a 10-minute drive will take you to Moulay Idriss, one of Morocco’s most sacred towns.

Enjoy free time to stroll through the town, climb to panoramic viewpoints, or visit the main square.

The stop lasts approximately 30–45 minutes.

6. Stop 3: Meknes

Next, you will head to Meknes (approximately 25–30 minutes).

Arrival is around 13:00–13:30.

You will have free time to visit:

Bab Mansour Gate

Lahdim Square

Royal Stables (Sahrij Souani)

Local markets

Lunch can be enjoyed at a traditional restaurant (not included).

7. Return to Fez

The meeting point and return time will be arranged (usually around 16:00–17:00).

You will travel back to Fez with the same driver.

8. Drop-Off in Fez

Drop-off will be at your original pickup point or another accessible location in the city.
