Extremely flexible and... - Extremely flexible and excellent communication. I stayed in touch from the first day I booked the tour till the day I actually did the tour. While I booked them because I thought their description was offering the most places, they still asked for a list of my place of interest and Yassine made sure I saw everything without rushing me through anything. I also asked them ti arrange for a volubilis trip and they arranged for that as well. This is a very responsible and receptive travel company. Book with confidence.

Informative and fun - Highly recommended, we had two guides, Yassin covered the walking tour of the Medina, and Hamza the drive around town and the tour of the ramparts. The walking tour with Yassin was super informative and we were able to skip some parts that he recommended but we weren't interested in. Very professional, polite and just an overall great person! Hamza drove us around in style for the attractions outside the Medina, he was also great and the car was luxurious. Both guides spoke excellent English. If given the option, we would recommend doing the Medina tour in the morning, before it gets too hot and crowded.

A perfect day in Fez with two exceptional guides - 🇫🇷 English: We spent an extraordinary day in Fez on May 28 thanks to two exceptional guides. In the morning, Yassin introduced us to the secrets of the Medina on foot in a very complete tour: the famous Al Quaraouiyine University, the Madrasa, leather tanneries, souks and much more. He knows the history of the city perfectly well and knows how to transmit it with passion. In the afternoon, we explored the outside of the Medina with Sufyan, a sincere, respectful and very professional young guide. In his private car we visited the Blue Gate, several magnificent views of the modern and ancient city, and completed the tour comfortably dropped off at our Riad. A perfect duo of visits to understand all facets of Fes. In the morning, Yassine took us on a deep walking tour through the heart of the Medina. We visited the historic Al Quaraouiyine university, the Madrasa, the famous leather tanneries, and explored the souks — all accompanied by insightful explanations and passion for the city’s heritage. In the afternoon, we toured the surroundings of the Medina with Sufyan, a young, respectful and trustworthy guide. An authentic discovery of Fez with confidence with Sufyan - 🇫🇷 Sufyan is a very professional, respectful and honest young guide. He took us in his private car to visit the surroundings of Fez: the Blue Gate, incredible views, and gave us many interesting explanations without ever insisting or trying to sell anything. A beautiful afternoon, pleasant and confident. 🇸🇦 سفيان دليل شاب صادق ومحترم للغاية. قام بجولة خاصة بنا بسيارته فياماكن المحيطة بما فيفياس، بما فلود ونقاط مشاهدة جميلة جداً. كان متعاوناً وولم ااستغلالنا أباً، بل ونانصاناادقاً ووهاائااً اً الولوات. تجربئعةاووومراناً ووومرريااً وومرريااً اللولاا، بلللاالالاالااااً ووونا 🇬🇧 Sufyan is a young, honest, and respectful guide. Awesome day trip in Fes - I can’t recommend Bebkin Travel enough! We had an absolutely unforgettable day trip that was the perfect mix of history, culture, and local flavor. The day started with a fascinating walking tour of the old Medina in Fes. Our guide Yousin was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, offering insight into the city’s deep history, hidden corners, and architectural gems that we would have easily missed on our own. It felt like stepping back in time. From there, we explored other parts of the city, with owner Hamza, taking in panoramic views, historic mosques, and artisan quarters. The pace was just right — never rushed, always engaging. For lunch, we stopped for a local BBQ and had a chicken sandwich which they pre ordered for us and we sat outside the Kings Palace and ate. At the last minute we also asked to go ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis which they accommodated with no issues and organised for driver Mohammad to take us where he stopped on the way to show us some incredible sites and then we walked among the remarkably preserved ruins. Bebkin Travel handled everything smoothly from start to finish — comfortable transportation, clear communication, and genuine hospitality. If you’re visiting Morocco, do yourself a favor and book a day with them. You’ll walk away with not just photos, but real memories.

Above and beyond tour operations from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company for you tour needs! - We actually went on 3 tours with this company, all of which were terrific. We saw so much of Fez and the surrounding area, it was truly amazing! Sufyan was our tour operator, and saw to every detail. We had the best driver ever- Mohammed Ali who drove us on a city tour, recommended food stops, drove us to the Atlas Mountains for the Berber Village market tour and other areas with guide Robi Atlas. This was truly amazing and scenic. Then we had another tour of Volubilis which was astounding and very interesting. We had yet another full day tour of the entire medina. What a strange and wonderful place! All of our travels were in a brand new van, and Mohammed Ali was in the drivers seat each time! To top it off, he drove the 4 of us to our next destination, Chefchaouen. He was always looking after us, and even stopped and got cold medicine for my husband!

A great visit of Fes - We had a great time visiting Fes with our tour guide, he showed us all the important sites of the medina and gave us time at each place to enjoy it at our pace. We were taken to a few places to see the local craftsmen which involved some attempts at selling their products but everyone was very nice even if we didn't buy anything, and our tour guide made sure we feel comfortable and advised us on how to spot quality items. After a lunch at a beautiful restaurant (though a bit pricey), the driver picked us up and drove us for a quick visit of the Blue gate and the royal palace doors. I highly recommend getting a tour guide in Fes, as the city is quite hard to navigate for newcomers.

Great personal tour - Good communication, timely pick up and attentive your. Ysin was our guide and he shared a lot of good information about Fes with us on our tour. It was nice navigating the markets/Medina with a private guide. Much better than a group. Excellent day touring this beautiful city. Thank you.
