Azrou Cedar Forest - Your journey from Fes to Marrakech through the desert starts by crossing the Saiss plains towards the Cedar forests of the Middle Atlas Mountains, passing through Ifran and Azrou. Look out for Barbary apes along the roadside and pause for some photos.

Midelt - Proceed to Midelt, where you will stop for lunch.

Ziz Valley View - Continue your journey by crossing the Ziz River, driving past thousands of towering palm trees and fortified Kasbahs to Erfoud, and then to Merzouga.

Merzouga - After a brief rest, prepare for an unforgettable sunset camel ride across the Erg Chebbi dunes. Enjoy the renowned color-changing sunset before heading to your Sahara Desert camp. Refresh yourself before dinner, served under the stars, accompanied by local nomads playing their Tam-tam drums. Spend the night at your Sahara desert camp in Merzouga.

Merzouga Desert - After an early sunrise camel ride, meet your guide in Merzouga.

Tinghir - Today’s drive will showcase one breathtaking scene after another, including the beautiful oasis of Tinghir. Here, you can walk along the Todgha riverbank, visit Berber villages, and learn about the local lifestyle.

Todra River - Continue your walk to the magnificent Todgha Canyons and enjoy a delicious lunch at a local cafe.

Dades Gorges - In the afternoon, travel along the road of the Casbahs to Dades Valley before arriving at your boutique guest house.

Boumalne Dades - Skoura Oasis - Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou - Marrakech

Vallee Des Roses - After breakfast, drive through the Valley of the Roses to Kalaa Mgouna. You may visit one of the Rosewater cooperatives to learn how locals create rose-scented perfumes using distilled rose water.

Ouarzazate - Continue to Ouarzazate, passing the Skoura oasis, known for its date palm trees.

Ksar of Ait-Ben-Haddou - Proceed to Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, where you will have lunch before exploring the Kasbah. This UNESCO World Heritage site has been a backdrop for numerous Hollywood films, fashion, and commercial shoots. The Kasbah is well-preserved, consisting of various Kasbahs clustered together, appearing as a single unit.

Tizi n Tichka - In the afternoon, descend through the Atlas Mountains via the Tizi Ntichka Pass, passing by several Berber villages with stone and mud houses. Notice how life here remains unchanged for centuries, with most locals being shepherds.

Marrakech - Arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon, where your driver will take you to your riad or hotel. This marks the end of your 3-day Fes to Marrakech desert tour.
