Authentic public hamman - This is not a private spa experience for those who have not done a hamman or if you have done a private spa type hamman. You will go to a public hamman with your massage person...men with men of course, and women with women. You will experience everything naked in a series of open rooms with families and many people bathing self and children all about. Not what I expected but i can say it was a very authentic Moroccan experience.

Authentic - The experience was truly authentic, scrubbing among the locals. Burja (excuse the misspelling pls) took wonderful care of me. To my surprise, the place was quite lively, with women and girls of all ages. There was even a group of young women having a sort of hen party, which was interesting to witness. Not the quiet, silent kind of SPA experience you’d imagine, but definitely an interesting one.

Highly recommended Hammam - 10000/10 Highly recommend! Well organised and very professional It was very authentic experience, with local people, it's the best way to see the real local lifestyle, Yassine will provid all what you need for your Hammam, you need just to show up on time. After the experience you'll get your baby skin again... you'll feel very smooth, clean and light.

Fantastic! - We joined in a hammam experience in a local bathhouse and were expertly introduced into the rigors of the scrubbing, and washing of the multigenerational women’s experience!

Not a good experience in Fes - I was excited for this experience, but an hour before pickup, I was asked if I could meet at the bath house even though it said hotel pickup included, 44 min walk away. I agreed because I wasn’t busy but I said if it was raining too much I couldn’t make it. She said she had to walk to meet me as well. Half way walking there it states to pour with rain. I messaged her asking for a full refund. Walking for 1.5 hr there and back in the pouring rain would not be the experience I want to end Fes with, never mind travelling with wet clothes for the rest of my trip. I will delete this review, if she provides me with a full refund.
