Merzouga Desert - The 3-day desert tour to Marrakech begins with an early pick-up from the airport or your accommodation in Fes. The journey heads south through Imouzzer to visit Ifrane, renowned for its cool climate, snow, and alpine-style architecture, earning it the nickname “Switzerland of Morocco.” The tour continues to the Cedars Forest, home to the Barbary Macaques, where visitors can enjoy feeding them while exploring the forest. Next, the tour proceeds to Midelt for lunch. The route then leads to the Sahara Desert, passing through the Tizi-n-Tilghmt pass and along the Ziz River. Marrakech - The day begins in Ouarzazate, a desert city dubbed the “Hollywood of Africa” for its film studios and kasbahs. After a brief visit to the city’s highlights, the tour continues to the renowned Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site and Morocco’s most famous ksar. This fortified village, with its earthen clay houses, towers, and narrow alleys, has been the setting for numerous films such as Gladiator and Game of Thrones. Visitors have time to explore the site, learn about its history, and enjoy its panoramic views.

The journey then crosses the majestic High Atlas Mountains, following the winding road of the Tizi n’Tichka Pass at 2,260 meters.
