Top excursion to the Middle Atlas - We had a half day excursion to the Middle Atlas with Aziz with my cousin , my son and her son. Aziz was involved with us from the beginning and proved to be a reliable and punctual person. He showed us many interesting and beautiful places. He took us to a local restaurant and also helped me buy some nice local products for a normal price. We also went to the town of Immouzer to a cave where people still live. He did his best for us. Highly recommended for people who want a private tour without other tourists.

Our personal highlight - Our guide picked us up at 8:00 a.m. at our riad in Fez and explained the course of our trip on the way. Our driver, Aziz, gave us a lot of information about the country and people. A very pleasant contemporary on the entire tour. The several-hour drive in a private car, with air conditioning, we found pleasant. The ride was very well designed by several attractions. During our stops, we were given enough time to look at everything in peace. In the late afternoon we reached Merzouga. After cooling off in a hotel pool, we packed up the essentials to start our camel ride. For a good hour we rode to our camp. During this time we took breaks to enjoy The Landscape, take photos and admire the sunset. Once at the camp, we moved into our tents and were welcomed with tea. Later we had dinner - typical Moroccan- , really delicious. The Moroccans then played percussion and sang to the music. In the early morning (around 6:00 a.m.) we started with our camels to experience the sunrise. Afterwards there was breakfast and the opportunity to shower. On the way back to Fez we made some stops again to look at Moroccan crafts & fossils and have lunch. Aziz has designed the break times on the ride individually for us. Whenever we wanted, there was the possibility to take a cigar break or enjoy the view on a ViewPoint. A great experience with great impressions and memories we take with us.
