The medersa features stunning silo construction, intricate decoration, and a mysterious water clock.

• Al-Attarine Madrasa - Known for its Arabic calligraphy at the entrance and the beautiful fountain in the courtyard. The place is fully adorned with marble and Moroccan zellij, and features large wooden doors.
• Zaouia of Moulay Idriss II - A shrine and the tomb of Moulay Idriss II, who ruled Morocco from 807 to 828 and founded Fez for the second time in 810.
• Sidi Ahmed Al-Tijani Zawiya - Houses the tomb of an 18th-century Sufi Shaykh, founder of the Tijaniyya order. The Zawiya has a highly ornamented street facade with carved wood, stucco, and beautiful glazed tile.
• Fes el-Bali - The oldest part of Fez, dating back to the 12th century. The name Fez means an axe made of silver and gold that was found in the area. Fez has been a destination for scientists and poets from around the world and contains the oldest school in the world, making it the spiritual and glorious city of Morocco.
