First time diving the... - First time diving the staff were amazing and they made it a fabulous experience and would definitely use them again next year

Amazing experience - Best scuba diving experience ever! Lovely staff and professional ! I booked this online for my two children 18 and 16 and when we went to the office meeting point we’ve been nicely organised and taken by a small boat to a main big boat. The boys said it was all organised and they’ve been trained before taking off. Only a 30 min scuba dive but intense and they’ve seen a lot of fishes and sea creatures. A must do!

Hassle-free planning, and well organized dive. Experienced instructors who helped make the dive enjoyable! - The trip was very easy to organize with the help of Yousif from Tourmania, clear instructions the day before and catered to my questions. The scuba dive trip itself was very well organized with nice staff on the boat and the nicest instructors. Clear explanations, Veysel, my instructor helped ease the process as I was extremely nervous. Catered to all my concerns and went the extra mile to make sure my first dive was enjoyable! Got the nicest pictures underwater!

I was nervous but they were helpful and patient - It was fun. I was quite nervous but they were all very patient and helpful. Instructions were clear. I would very much recommend doing it if you have any hesitation. They took quite of few photos and a short video for a small fee and they load it directly to your phone afterward. Everyone was very nice.

Loved it! Highly recommend for beginners like us. - Very well organised event. Never dived before and the instructors were very safe and patient with us. All staff made us feel very welcome and met all our needs in a friendly way.

Scuba diving experience - Can’t recommend enough, contacted us prior to confirm pick up time. When we arrived staff on the boat were extremely friendly and created a relaxing atmosphere. I have bad anxiety and they were very patient with me trying to learn breathing. The lunch was nice and fresh and catered to my gluten allergy. Great experience 10/10

Amazing scuba diving...a must do. - My daughter and I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Sadly when we'd made our initial booking my daughter was too poorly to dive but the company were fantastic and let us dive the next day instead, which we were so grateful for. It was our first time diving and were given excellent instruction before and felt safe throughout the whole experience by a very friendly and welcoming team. For a small extra amount we were offered the chance of buying photos and videos that were taken during the dive, which we did...but were under no obligation to. It was a truly beautiful and amazing experience.

Wasn’t great - Booked weeks in advance for the 1:30pm slot through Tripadvisor, heard nothing until the day before when a message was sent through WhatsApp to me asking for my hotel for free pickup sent it off to then be told after a long confusing text conversation that that was Just an automatic message and we weren’t getting picked up. They also said we were booked in for 9:30am not 1:30pm, after sending screenshots of the time we had booked they were refusing us that time slot until they said the shout but they’d let us this once off. Get to the location on the day 15 mins before ur slot and none of the staff at the excursions site knew where or when we were to go on the boat, waited 15 min later till our slot time and asked a staff member if we could go on the boat yet in which he tried phoning someone and then told us to be quick and go on the boat on the beach. We get on the boat with 6 other people mostly groups of 2. We were the only English speaking people on the boat. The scuba diver instructor spoke very little English and so the safety demonstration was 2 minutes long and not very descriptive for myself who had never scuba dived before. We then got asked if we wanted photos of the scuba session but couldn’t buy them after to see if they were any good so we just paid the £40 for them. When we got the equipment on by the help of a young man that didn’t speak English my boyfriend was concerned as he had less than half the pressure in his oxygen tanks than I did but asked and was told it wasn’t a problem. Basically I had trouble with my mask and goggles with water getting in and getting into my nose and down my throat but couldn’t communicate this to the diving instructor as his English was poor and don’t think he fully understood what I was saying so I got brought up twice as I was struggling and didn’t know what to do. The second time I got brought up they wouldn’t take me back down once I had fixed my mask so missed out on half the scuba diving session and just had to wait on the boat while my boyfriend finished up. He had a good experience and I was really looking forward to it but their English just wasn’t that great at all and didn’t make me feel too at ease.
