Excellent hygiene and attention to details - Visiting this hamam was the best way to relax and recharge. The process was well -organised, starting with a gentle steam, followed by scrub that left my skin feeling unbelievably smooth. Julia was professional and attentive, ensuring comfort throughout. Thank you, Mustafa, for organising this unique adventure for us.

this was my best hamam experience ever and I have been coming to Turkey every year since 2011. - Beautiful premises inside (once you descend down the escalator), traditionally decorated and sparking clean. I had Mustafa take care of me and he is a highly qualified hamamcı and physio-therapist. So this was my best hamam experience ever and I have been coming to Turkey every year since 2011.

20th Birthday Highlight! - My sister and I had the luxury spa treatment for my sister’s 20th birthday. The treatment itself was incredible, we had 2 lovely women taking us through the traditional baths, the massage and the facial. We had wonderful drivers who transferred us to and from our accommodation with ease. The staff were incredibly friendly and reassuring throughout the spa - constantly making sure we were comfortable. The staff were incredible, they were outgoing and extremely hospitable!! Even providing sparking wine and a birthday cake afterwards. I could not rate this establishment more highly and would recommend to anyone considering a relaxing treat.

MASSIVE THANK YOU TO MELEY & SANCTUARY SPA TEAM - Massive ! thank you to the Sanctuary Spa team for their total dedication to taking such good care of me with my massage package. MELEY was amazing with her healing hands and applied different techniques on my body. It help me feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I visited the spa 9 times during my October holiday & was picked up from a local hotel near Olu Deniz beach. The team make me feel so welcomed, respected and relaxed. They are friendly and the surroundings are beautiful. This place is heavenly and is a must visit. Special thanks to AHMET, ALICAN and JEEHAN too who provided an excellent service with my pick up and made every effort with their attentive caring service.

Excellent service - highly recommend - Highly recommend this place - had an excellent massage, it really does feel like a sanctuary. I’ve been to quite a few of these hamams over the years and this place was indeed one of the best. A lovely spa with very kind and welcoming staff - thoroughly enjoyed my entire package. It was incredibly relaxing and felt as light as a feather when we left.

Friendly, hygienic, good service... - It''s a property with attention to cleanliness and hygiene. We didn’t like the attitude of the owners when they went to another spa, so we decided to check this property. We made it here, with a friendly and customer-focused welcome. We took a 50-minute sport (sert) massage at the ritual spa and were pleased. My masseur, Murat, performed a beautiful massage of the hardness I wanted, especially the problematic spots on my back. A Balinese lady provided good service to my wife. We recommend.

Amazing relaxing experience - Amazing.!!! I put my back out couple of days into holiday called in and Mumet helped ease it. I booked in for the Next day on his advice and had the luxury package with deep tissue massage, I have never had a Turkish Bath before but the whole experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend Sanctuary Spa. Thank you for your help, hospitality and fantastic service. I will most certainly be back.

Incredible - Outstanding. I have had a Turkish bath before and really hated it so was very reluctant to try again. However the lad was really respectful which made me feel as comfortable as you can in these situations. I get messages twice a month and my massage far surpassed anything iv ever had before. I honestly can't recommend this place enough.
