Best Northern Lights Point of Contact in Rovaniemi - We did the guaranteed Northern Lights tour with unlimited range and duration and I can recommend it without restriction. We were picked up on time at the hotel before we set off. We were traveling with 2 cars and 8 people each. After seeing beautiful Northern Lights on a first stop, we drove even further at the request of several guests. At the second stop there were dancing northern lights all over the sky in incredible intensity. We ended up travelling for about 7 hours. Big praise to our guide Visa! He did it perfectly. Places where other providers were already, he left out, so we had an intense experience in the small group. Throughout the journey he gave us interesting information about Lapland and the Northern Lights. Overall a great recommendation for this tour and especially visas as a guide.

Great company - Amazing company. Our original tour cancelled last minute so we booked this one, due to conditions they had to pick us up very swiftly as they were expecting a long drive. Matias was our guide and he was very friendly. We stopped just outside of Rovaniemi initially but the aurora wasn't great. He took us to two more spots and the last one was amazing! He kept checking the forecast but more so his local knowledge was amazing and I don't think he could have timed it better. We were out for a good few hours but didn't have to travel too far which was great as we had my 7 year old with us. All in all a very good company to trip with, would highly recommend.

Amazing Experience - Amazing Experience! I still remember our guide, Visa, he was incredibly kind and gave us the best experience ever! He even drove us all the way to the border of Sweden. From the pickup to dropping us back at the hostel, everything was perfectly organized and handled with great care. We joined the 2 day aurora tour. The second day with Mathias, because of the first night, we couldn’t catch the northern lights, but the next day we were lucky... the sky was clear, and we finally saw the beautiful aurora! I highly recommend this company if you want a truly memorable experience... you won’t regret it! Visa and Mathis were not only great guides but also wonderful friends. I’ll definitely come back to Rovaniemi and take this tour again! 😊

A dream come true on the very last night – unforgettable aurora experience - It was the last day of our trip, and after days of hoping, our group of 7 still didn't manage to see the Northern Lights. With heavy cloud coverage, many companies we contacted refused to go out or had already cancelled. Just when we were about to give up, Elias stepped in and made our dream come true. Despite the challenging weather and a super long drive from Rovaniemi all the way to Sweden, Elias didn’t hesitate to try his best to give us a real chance — and it paid off. Our guide Matias was absolutely incredible. He wasn’t just our driver, but also our guide and photographer, and he made the entire evening spectacular. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about what he does. Even after hours on the road, his energy and positivity never faded. Matias found the perfect clear spot, explained everything about the aurora, helped us with photos, and captured stunning memories we’ll treasure forever. Seeing the Northern Lights dance in the sky on our very last night felt magical and emotional. Huge thanks to Elias for making it happen and Matias for delivering an unforgettable experience. This wasn’t just a tour — it was a once-in-a-lifetime memory. Highly, highly recommended.

Great experience! - I booked last minute when a different tour canceled. I was able to get picked up at my hostel, which is so convenient. The guide took us to some great spots where we could avoid clouds. Everything was really great and affordable. The van was comfortable despite it being very very cold that night. I highly recommend!

Not a good ervari - After a long drive ok, first stop ,attention without camera or phone you see absolutely nothing of the northern lights. Second stop ditto. Pictures were taken of everyone with the promise to share them via a link.Here again empty promises. Heard from other people that some drivers were more concerned with their mobile phones while driving than paying attention to driving. Totally avoid this organization.

9h given away, scrap vehicle - We were sent out with an old, broken 8 person van. You couldn't turn off the heating and inside it smelled like exhaust gases. After 4h drive and shortly before the target we were informed that the van was broken and a taxi takes us back to Rovaniemi. The owner was unfortunately so inflexible and insisted that the taxi could not drive the short distance to the clear sky. When using such a scrap vehicle, at least as much flexibility should be expected. So we drove back 4h. The other 2 vans were waiting for us the whole Zeot and couldn't continue. With a small group tour you would actually expect to be a small group and not have to stick to a convoy (flexibility, speed...)

Terrible Experience and Professionalism - We were extremely disappointed with the Northern Lights tour on 24 December. Despite being promised either a reschedule or a refund due to poor weather conditions prior to the final stop, the tour felt rushed and unprofessional at the last stop, which only lasted 17 minutes. The lights were mostly hidden behind clouds, and no one could see them with their own cameras—only the professional camera captured them. The stop should have lasted longer to allow guests a proper view and time for the clouds to clear, rather than existing solely to meet the tour’s “guarantee.” We were not given the opportunity to fully enjoy the phenomenon, even though our pickup started at 6:45 pm and we were back by 12:30 am. Compared to other companies, this tour fell far short of reasonable expectations. Overall, we felt misled and let down, and the experience did not reflect what was promised. We were provided with the manager’s contact number to reach out and discuss the matter. We have since sent an initial message and a follow-up message, but have received no response. We have given the adequate opportunity to discuss our issues. The lack of response has also left us very disappointed with the unprofessional service we have received after and on the tour. We additionally have not received a message about the photos which are meant to be provided.
