Simple, cost effective, efficient and comfortable transfers - Simple, cost effective and comfortable transfer. Buses run frequently and we had no dramas whatsoever. Tip: You need a QR code to board the bus, if you’ve been sent a barcode you need to exchange it for a QR code at the booking window, but this is not too far away from the bus stand. Just allow time to do this, especially if you need to catch a specific timed bus.

Some Highs and Some Lows - The price of this travel is inexpensive. Finding the bus location is relatively easy. I only gave 3 stars because the seats were uncomfortable and the driver had the radio blasting which was annoying.

Bad! Bad! Bad! Bad! - We had booked for 20:00 and when we arrived the coach was full, there was a large queue and the attendant told us that the Waiting time for the next coach was 1h30. We had to pay 55 euros to take a taxi so as not to be late to our appointment to take possession of our apartment. Very poor Service. This is unacceptable!

Not recommended - Terrible. Terrible delay. Then two hours from Fiumicino to Termini. It certainly causes traffic but in that case they should give back at least half the ticket. Nine euros wasted.

Not for those unable to carry their own luggage over uneven terrain - Not for people traveling with anyone unable to carry their own luggage over uneven terrain. We traveled with friends, one of which has rheumatoid arthritis. On even floors and sidewalks, handling her bags was fine, but around Rome’s airport are stone walkways. Because of this, she struggled quite a bit to carry her bags to the pickup point. No one was able to help her because everyone else had their own bags. We then all got over the cobblestone, we unfortunately we were unable to locate the shuttle pickup area. We ended up calling an uber.
