Great after dinner outing! - Great tour! Lots of crazy ghost stories at local venues! Our guide was happy to do the tour for only two of us after others cancelled, highly recommend.

Fun haunted tour - Very fun, though several stops take place by the train tracks so it can be noisy and hard to hear the guide.

Entertaining - What fun! We had E J as our guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and a true believer which made it so much more interesting.

Spooky and fun!! - The history was very cool and the guide was professional and knowledgeable. The route was perfectly suited for the experience. Being a local it was cool to learn so much about our town and its ghosts.

Great tour with EJ - EJ was great. Very knowledgeable and fun. Got a few pictures with ghost seen. It’s a walk but fun and worth it. Nothing really to complain about.

Buyer beware!!! You may get ripped off like I did - Purchased a ticket for the The Hell's Highway in Flagstaff from Ghost City tours. After booking a hotel room and driving 1.5 hours of my 2.5 hour drive to Flagstaff I received a call from Ghost City tours telling me that the tour was cancelled due to the fact that I was the only person who purchased a ticket for that night. I offered to buy another ticket and have a personal tour but was told it was against their policy. I prefer the adults-only tours but since I was committed to the trip decided to try the earlier family-friendly tour. After I showed up to do the tour people with 2 large dogs arrived to do the tour. The dogs were marked as “service animals” but I had my doubts as service animals are usually well trained and quiet. The dogs were whining and making a lot of commotion. I told the tour guide that I changed my mind about doing the earlier tour because I knew it would be hard to hear and enjoy the tour with the dogs making so much noise. I contacted Ghost City tours and informed them about what happened. I told them after all I went through that day I would like a refund. I was told that they would prefer to give me a voucher. I told them that I don’t travel as much as I used to and would prefer to get a refund. They told me that they would get back to me. After a few days I never heard anything and decided to call them back. I was told that my refund request was denied. Considering what I had spent on gas and a hotel room as well as my time you would think that they would be more understanding but not Ghost City tours. I would not expect them to reimburse me for the hotel room or gas but I don’t think it was too much for them to refund me the cost of the ghost tour. Unfortunately they showed that they did not care at all about my time and money. You have been warned. If this can happen to me it can happen to you. Ghost City tours is a national company with impersonal service and policies. Back in the day when I travelled more often I did ghost tours all over the country and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. My advice to you is to only use local businesses to do your ghost tours. They are more knowledgeable about the ghosts in their city and have better service and policies in the event you have a bad experience. In other words they will work with you while Ghost City tours will not. Stay away from them.

Rip off and waste of time. - Horrific! The tour guide was a confused uninformed kid that was absolutely clueless! It was a huge waste to time and money and prevented us from having a good those and history tours! Horrible!!!!
