With quick turnaround times, you can complete your skydive without it consuming your entire day, allowing ample time for other activities in Airlie Beach or to relax with a refreshing drink at your favorite spot.
As the only skydiving company based in and operating from Airlie Beach, you can enjoy more time in the air, taking in the stunning vistas of the Whitsunday Islands.

Must do activity! - I had a great time on the skydive, due to weather we had to go 2 hours earlier than scheduled and could go over the islands and come inland instead, but this was well communicated and outside of their control due to the weather, we still had a great view of the islands on the flight up! My instructor Zac was fantastic and made me feel right at ease, explained each step as it was happening and made the experience even more fun! Would highly recommend

Unforgettable experience - I had the most incredible experience ever! From the get go the team were exceptional. Every single detail was immaculate, from the explanation video at the beginning, meeting your instructor, boarding the plane, the jump and then the free fall. The experience as a whole was unreal, Charlu made me feel super safe the whole entire time and his passion for his job and knowledge of the surrounding area made the experience even more exciting and memorable! So a huge thank you to him! Eddie also jumped out with us, and it was surreal to see the skydive from opposing angles. I would highly recommend this activity if in Airlie Beach as it is unforgettable! Thank you all again!! 🫶🏼

A fantastic experience! - This was myself and my partners first time skydiving and it was incredible. Our tandem instructors Charles and Reece made us both feel very safe and relaxed. The chilled out nature of the instructors made for a relaxed environment on the plane as we climbed to 15,000 feet. The team really are true professionals and brilliant at what they do. The videos that Charles and Reece captured of both our jumps are of such high quality and the pictures are fantastic. We were picked up at 0700 and by 0820 we were back on the ground, a very smooth morning!

Awesome! - The shuttle service was on time and the pickup spots were easy to navigate. Pickuo was right by Nomads hostel. The staff and divers were a lot of fun. They were so chill and knowledgeable so I felt very safe skydiving for my first time. They give you a nice tour of the islands in the plane before hand and then the views as you fall down to the ground are absolutely breathtaking. If the weather allows you can land on the beach, we landed at the airports again because of the winds, but it made for easy transport. Chloe was great with communicating pickups and jump time changes day of as well.

Best Skydive :) - I had the best time Skydiving today! It was one of the best experiences of my life and I can’t wait to do it again :)

Great experience - The tandem jump with Skydive Australia at Airlie Beach was my first. Jump at all, and it was really an intoxicating experience.
The instructors are Australia-typical relaxed and easygoing and do it with the necessary serenity. That
Parachuting is not an inexpensive pleasure, of course. That's why I was a little annoyed by the Salamit tactics, which are gradually increasing costs. After booking the jump and immediate payment, I had to give my weight later on when checking in, whereupon I was charged another over 50 dollars extra. This could really have been mentioned directly when booking the jump, especially since booking and jumping were done the same day. Within the three hours I could not have gained much mass. You could have mentioned this sleepover directly.
What I didn’t understand either, but what seems to be completely normal, is that although the instructor wears a helmet, the customer doesn’t.
Otherwise, that was a great thing. Thanks to Instructor Greg who did a great job.

AWFUL AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Use SKY ONE - Do not use! Absolutely horrendous experience. From 4 mails and a WhatsApp all from 6am the morning of the jump with conflicting info in each. Saying the landing zone is moving due weather (other company beach landing ZERO weather issues in same place!)
Even an email & WhatsApp received at the same time had 2 different locations to go to get picked up.
Then on arrival to the check in at their field it was all about money grabbing!!. Told I was overweight by 0.2 of a KG then .5 and then said it’s the t&c’s. My booking clearly started the weight which I was well under but the girl Michelle was ruthless and so unprofessional in her manner. I was extremely lucky to get a full refund because I stood my ground and refused to pay the excess for .2kg over in their opinion even though I was 2kg under their advertised weight but Michelle said their weight limit is .. 93.1kg… yep .1 🙈 probably a finger nail .
The scales used was rusty and old, last calibration they could not say and I’d say was never! Even the next guy along was ‘overweight’ and he said it was wrong too but he paid just to do it. Rotten to core this scam crowd in Airlie Beach are. I hope elsewhere throughout Australia they are better. They have great advertising but never judge a book by its cover! Never so true in this case for this terrible experience.
I then called the other Dive company in Airlie, SKY ONE, and within 2 hours I was on the way to their airfield after pick up . MUCH more authentic too on a bush airstrip and bus arrived dropped us off everyone made comfortable,checked in , safety was dominant. ZERO weight issues for anyone and told grab a coffee or
Sandwich while waiting for your groups turn to jump etc. While with Dive Aus you were afraid to drink water incase deemed overweight. Truely a horrible experience and avoid at all costs and pay $20 more
A far more authentic jump and a beach landing too and feel really appreciated for jumping with SKY ONE who were AMAZING and they were so so welcoming and grateful for jumping with them.
