Get inside without the hassle. - Get inside without the hassle. Sure, everyone is going, but why not have an inside track. Such a cool place. Don’t spoil it by standing in a long line!

Well worth it! - Great experience.. lots to see but David is so remarkable it’s worth going just to see him!
Arrive 10 mins before your allocated time. The ticket collection point is easy to find just across the road from The Accademia. Well worth getting skip the queue tickets especially if you are coding during the busy months.

The tour company was easy... - The tour company was easy to find and they explained everything about downloading the ebook. The person was friendly and answered any questions. The line was about a 10 minute wait to get in. The ebook gave brief descriptions about each room. If you want more details about each exhibit I would get a tour guide. The ebook allowed me to go at my pace and could be quick at some things and hang around at others.

Skip the line - It was very well organized. You are admitted at your precise time no waiting. Groups are offered the pdf code to read along or for an additional fee there is an audio version

Quick and easy entry and easy to use e-book - We were able to find the tour office easily and get our tickets. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We didn't have to wait very long to get into the Academia and we were happy to use the e-book to find out information about each room as we walked through.

Good choice to skip the line for “David” - Very helpful and accommodating. I was going to miss our scheduled tour due to car rental delays and requested our time be changed to the next day, and they agreed to do so. The only negative is that their office is VERY hard to find. You’re told the office is only 50 meters from the entrance (academia) and it is. However, nowhere on the front door or surrounding space is the word “Viator.”

Not skip the line, this is a timed entry ticket - 100% incredible museum - The instructions were very unclear I had to ask around a lot to get to right spot. Also, skip the line is not an accurate description. It is a timed entry ticket. The museum and the DAVID are incredible but the ticket experience was not as expected.

Don’t book with Viator - You cancelled on me one hour before my skip the line time!! Terrible! You refunded me, but what good did that do since Florence was packed with people.
