Interesting visit to the Accademia - Guide turned up on time and sorted tickets. Less busy than Uffizi. Apart from the David my favourite bit was the old instruments

Once in a lifetime - Seeing David in that long hall is awe inspiring and jaw dropping. The crowd around David are a lot but to be expected. Seeing the Accademia is a must if visiting Florence.

Good trip - All went smoothly, from meeting the guide to the entry . The guide gave us an earlier slot, which was good. The exhibits were varied and interesting, and we were able to clearly view David

Efficient and organized. - The guide met us exactly at 1:00 outside the Galleria and we received our tickets, then went to the 1:00 PM line and got inside the museum within 10 minutes. There was also a much longer line for people without tickets and/or a time slot. Efficient, quick, and simple. Thank you!

Gallery visit - Fabulous experience with the statue of David the highlight of the visit. Getting the ticket was a bit stressful as we could not find the collection point, however the guide was amazing , she phoned me when I got lost on the way and even managed to identify my husband who I had left at the gallery and give him our tickets - exceptional 5 star service .

It was a smooth entrance! - I didn't know the meeting, but the person in charge spoke to me. We booked at 13:30, but they got a ~13:15 ticket and smoothly led us to the appropriate waiting line. Grazie！

An easy way to skip the long lines! - An easy way to skip the long lines at the museum! Our host met us at the Piazza near the museum and then accompanied us to the appropriate line before passing out our tickets and leaving us at the entrance of the museum. She did not act as a guide, but rather as a host in the overwhelming crowds.
Once in the museum we were free to see all the beautiful artwork, including Michelangelo’s statue of David. It was a lovely morning from start to finish.
Highly recommend using a host with Florence Elite Tours. She made our morning
Run smoothly and helped us to navigate the large crowds outside the museum.

Skip the Line galleria dell'accademia tickets - We chose the skip the line tickets as there was no available scheduled tickets for academia on the official website. We showed up outside the entrance and someone called us over, and after confirming our name gave us our tickets and pointed us in the direction of the entrance. We were then free to enter and explore the museum.
It is definitely cheaper to buy off the website, but since we did not book far enough in advance this was the next best option. Note that I was later advised I likely could’ve gone early in the morning and got tickets for the cheaper price.

Frustrating finding guide - Very frustrating trying to find our guide as she didn’t have a sign or anything indicating who she represented. Only bought tour tickets to get inside

Sucks. I can't meet you at the rendezvous. - I went to the meeting place 10 minutes before the designated time, but the signage was not as described and there was no one there. There was a flag in the planting tree, so I waited there. They said they would deal with it if I called them because I couldn't see them after 10 minutes of the appointment time, but no one came.
We had a few phone conversations afterwards, but they didn't show up when I explained where they were waiting, and I ended up finding them half an hour past schedule on the other side of the square. I put the result in, but it was too unkind and I was dumbfounded. I was standing outside in the hot weather, I was sick, I was running out of time for my next appointment, the phone was rough, the man I was waiting for had no apology, it was just unpleasant. I didn't feel well and ran out of time, so I couldn't enjoy the museum either. The Florence Elite Tours Guided Experience is completely unreliable.
