Highly Recommend!!! - Irina taught us so much during this tour. The facts she shared were so interesting and relevant to my whole family. The perfection of David - We really enjoyed our tour of the David and the unfinished prisoners by Michelangelo with Irina. Her deep knowledge and engaging storytelling brought the statue to life in a way that was both educational and inspiring. She was also very thoughtful in ensuring my elderly less mobile parents were comfortable and well rested.

Outstanding tour guide! - Irina was an amazing tour guide! She texted with us before the tour started so we knew what time to arrive, where to meet, and how long the tour would take. The tour guide makes all the difference between seeing the exhibit and experiencing it, learning the background and pointing out all of the nuances that are more subtle but very important to a full understanding of the sculptures and paintings you're looking at. Irina gave us that and much more. We highly recommend Irina and this tour company!

Exceptional storyteller! - Irina is exceptional! There is so much history in Florence and she shares it in a fascinating and entertaining way. She is a master storyteller who also knows the ins and outs of getting the most out of each site. We hired her for 3 separate tours in one day: to see David, Santa Croce, and Palazzo Vecchio. Her tours gave us a much deeper understanding of these sites and their significance. She kept each tour interesting and moving along. We all loved our time with her.

Seeing David through Irina’s eyes was a favorite - Irina was knowledgeable and engaging. She created a wonderful story and taught me a few new things in terms of symbolism and noticing the minor details of David. I could have walked around with her all day listening to her stories.

Perfect hour with the David - Excellent tour! Irina was very easy to find prior to the beginning. She gave us a preview of the David story while we were waiting for the museum to open. We booked the 8:15am tour on purpose to beat the crowds - recommend this! Irina spent the next hour giving us both the historical details as well as the artistic details derived by the genius Michelangelo. She has an iPad to supplement her narrative and it helps describe the details. Her English is fluent and very easy to understand. She clearly knows her art history. The hour flew by and we left educated and knowledgeable with a new appreciation for the David masterpiece.
