In the tasting room, participate in a guided tasting of seven carefully selected wines, including refreshing whites, notable reds, sophisticated sparkling wines, and a prized vin santo. Each wine is paired with seasonal local delicacies, such as regional cold cuts and cheeses, organic extra virgin olive oil, oils infused with white truffle and chili, and aged balsamic vinegar.
