Amazing Location and Accommodations!!! - AMAZING location!!! 2 min to square. Very nice accommodations, spacious bathroom, shower, kitchen and lounging area. Easy taxi transport to train the station. Feel very fortunate to have stayed here. The host was great and checking process was easy .WiFi was reliable if you need to work.

Must do in Florence - When I arrived at Duomo cathedral the line was huge—easily would have taken over an hour to get in. I was so relieved that I booked the skip-the-line ticket! I walked right past the queue and got in without any stress. The tour was super, giving just the right amount of detail without being overwhelming. It really brought the history of the cathedral to life. Everything was well-organized, and the whole experience felt smooth and effortless. If you’re visiting Florence, do yourself a favor and book this—it makes exploring cathedral so much easier and more enjoyable!

We ended up not taking... - We ended up not taking this tour. It is not an express tour. The tour company basically purchases the tickets and gives you an audio to listen to. The line was too long to accommodate our departing time.

Dirty Practices - For the Representative outside holding the sign for the EU Tours - a zero. This person told us the tour we had scheduled and pre-paid was a scam after showing him the voucher. He told us he had reported this company several times to the police. He then sold us tickets to his tour. We found out later our tour was not a scam and EU tours were the scammers. $hitty practice! After the tour we heard from the original tour company and he explained EU Tours was their competition and this was a common practice for them. DO NOT Recommend.

Unprofessional and unethical practices - I had a tour booked through Viator for The Duomo Cathedral, Baptistry, and Crypt. I arrived at 2:46 and a man holding an EU tours sign told me my company I booked with was a scam. I showed him my voucher and he told me he had reported them to the police. He said if I paid him 10Euro I could join the tour about to begin. When I returned to my hotel I had a message from the tour guide from Viator that he had been waiting for me at the meeting place . He said EU tours is a competitor and this is a common practice for them. I find this highly unprofessional and unethical ! I will say that the female tour guide was very good . It’s sad that a company that has such a good tour guide has such unethical practices. Therefore, I would not recommend using this company.

Waste of time - Its a long wait outside in the rain, about 1:30 hours, for a 10 min viewing inside an empty church. Other than pure size of construction and an interesting fresco in the dome, nothing to see. Have a look from the outside on your own, its more interesting. Utter waste of time.

Very disappointing - We arrived to find a very flustered person who firstly tried to say we were on a different tour - which we were not. We were then told there was no guide with no explanation or apology or offer of a refund. We were given a paper ticket and given vague instructions about how to get in. We may as well have simply queued for free. Very disappointing and have requested a refund.

“Skip the line scam” - Arrived early for group. Host presented tickets that were already used and then we waited in the long line when whole experience was to “skip the line”!!
