Julia was very... - Julia was very knowledgeable and personable. She prepared us for the Duomo during the short wait. She explained what life was like in 13th century Florence. She explained the importance of the Baptistry to the cathedral.

Gloria was amazing! - Gloria was just so lovely great!!!! She walked us through not only the cathedral but also Florence history so well, she explained such an historic dense city so easily that only makes you want to come back. Offered tips on key places to visits, we did and we cannot thank her enough for her recommendations and for the Florence knowledge shared. Big fans of Gloria!!!

Duomo “Skip the Line Tour” includes Waiting in Line - Backpacks and bare shoulders not allowed. “Skip the line” must be Italian for “wait in line”. But our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and very passionate about the Duomo. Highly recommend!

Not a skip-the-line 1 hour tour at all - The description is misleading in several ways. Tour set to start at 9:45 with meeting time at 9:30 with a stated duration of about an hour. And sold as a skip-the-line experience. One hour into the tour we were still standing in a very long line that is also mostly in the sun. Maybe the line was shorter than the general line, but the general line is in the shade. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly but this just was not what we purchased. We had other plans for the day and had only allotted 90 minutes to this tour and basically had to leave as soon as we finally entered the cathedral. Would not recommend if you are looking for a shorter and faster experience.

Save your money - Skip the line isn’t skip the line. Waited in line for almost an hour might as well have saved my money and did general entrance into the church. Baptistery and museum tickets were not provided until I asked the tour guide and she called back to your office to get them. Not very well organized. Guide was informative that is my only positive.
