Top Pass – Experience Florence in a relaxed way! - We were in Florence in June as a couple with our parents and in-laws – and the City Pass was a great decision! You already have a lot of admissions, which means less stress on site and no long queues, especially at highlights such as the Duomo, Uffizi or Palazzo Pitti – especially in the heat a real plus. Important: You should really read everything that is included in the pass and how it works with the reservations beforehand. Once you understand this, everything works great – it went smoothly with us anyway. Especially in a small group and with parents it was totally pleasant not to have to constantly search for tickets. Everything was well planned and we could really enjoy the time on site. We have tried City Passes on other trips – the Florence Pass is definitely one of the best for us. Clear recommendation for those who want to experience Florence without planning stress!

Florence City Pass - Florence is a beautiful city for art lovers. With the Florence City Pass I had all the attractions I wanted to visit right in my pocket. A small shortcoming that tickets for the Uffizi Gallery and the Accademia Gallery must be picked up before visiting, but after reading closely, this was no problem either. Turbopass, gladly again!

Practical City Pass for Florence – with small pitfalls - We were in Florence for three days at the beginning of May 2025 and used the Turbopass. Overall, a good decision: Many of the most important museums and sights are included, and especially at the Uffizi Gallery and the Galleria dell’Accademia, the reserved admission was really worth gold – without the pass we would have queued for a long time. What we noticed positively: The processing by email went smoothly and you had everything digitally with you. The included audio guide for the city was also a nice addition. However, you should take a close look at the passport and the description in detail. Some museums have to be reserved in advance – we didn’t immediately realise that and almost led to disappointment. In addition, it should be noted that the Turbopass does not offer an unlimited “fast lane” function, but rather mediates fixed time slots. Overall, a very practical solution for a compact stay in Florence – but you have to read the conditions carefully to make the most of everything.

Excellent value for money - I recommend you that if its your first time using turbopass, to as soon as you arrive to your destination go to Touristation, they will help you make the best of the turbo pass. Uffizi Gallery is a stunning collection of art and thanks to the pass, you can collect the ticket very easily.

Useful but not as simple as it could be.. - I booked and paid in UK in advance for a 5 day pass with hoho bus... I did nt want to spend my time queuing as all the you tubers advise you to get queue jump tickets.. Blurb said it prebooks the big names, Uffizi and Accademia for you on day 1 and 2 of your card... That was OK but the tickets went into my junk holder and were for the same day... I had time so I emailed every name I d emails for and it was sorted out... You still have to take your QR code to a place nearby for the actual tickets so what time you save is nt really clear... The blurb also let's you think the hoho bus is the duration of the ticket, it isn't, every part of it is single use but the hoho bus was great too, I d say it s worth it...

Not happy - The museums and bus tours went well. However, the third party provider of the walking tour was unreliable and very rude when contacted. Ourselves and another couple were at the meeting point as directed, but the tour operator made no attempt to look for us. They were not visible in company colours as we were told. My Tours operator provided a very poor service. While Viator have been good, once you are in the hands of the third party provider, this is not the case.
